Relatively easy to use with a nice workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand how to use - we have a non-tech-savvy translator who was able to understand this very easily
What do you dislike about the product?
Landing page upon logging in. Would love to see tasks as the primary focal point.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration of three translation services and the different search filters make things like quick and high quality translations way easier than you would expect!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have technical terms that do not fit into your language you always get grammar/spelling errors. Hard to overcome of course, but would be nice to have them integrated somehow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps the project I support with my and other members' translations to get many different supported languages quickly and with high quality. I work on other projects, too where such a powerful tool is not used and know how difficult it can be to translate. LOKALISE makes things so much easier!
Effortlessly convenient
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform can export translations to be used for common programs. Other than that, when inviting people to translate for you, they made it very easy for the translators.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SDK uses Realm unfortunately, so we had to implement the SQLite version to at least reduce the binary size for our android application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lokalise solves having to manage your translations manually. And updates to translations are live in seconds, in case any typo's may occur.
Excellent tool to translate Intercom conversations
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easiness to use it and configure it. I think it's very effective and the translations they made are very accurated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing i really dislike, we just had some config problems but that have been fixed quicte quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a multilengual customer service but not everyone speaks each language we support. Lokalise is helping us in live translating the conversations.
Great tool for game localization

Very simple to integrate Lokalise into an Android App.

A lot of functionalities, so it can be easy to miss something.

Lokalise helps us give secured access to external translators to localize and a simplicity of use for the development team.

Their support is the best. They're very reactive and listen to your requirements
The application is great. I love that we can add QA checks to ensure translations are not breaking the app.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are still features that could be added. The Glossary is nice but it'd be good if we could use it with QA checks. For example, when a term is forbidden, it can't be added to the translations. If it's not translatable, it shouldn't be translated and should appear in the translations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an external customer that is working on the translation while we develop the software. Lokalise is helping us having everything centralised with administrators and translators roles.

One place to keep track of what base (English) texts have been updated and which translations still need updating and the ease to create a task for any external or internal translators.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's lack of some standard ways of integrating with HubSpot website or Django frameworks (we have implemented a lot of upload/download scripts ourselves, luckily you did provide an API).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to bother the mere mortal (e.g. non-tech-savvy) translators with PO files and Github and at the same time not have the engineers bothered with keeping track of what needs translating and what is already up to date.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing, I have been using it for more than a year and I don't really have anything negative to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes our project shared among many people around the world and avoid the use of usual CAT tools that can be heavy, slow and not that easy to use.
It's a nice tool for lokalization on your app.

Once you integrate your app, it's super easy to maintain your Lokalizations
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes hard to navigate between screens. I think as UX level it can be refactored.
