Great translation tool
What do you like best about the product?
The "100 %" translation feature is great. I often have to translate the same sentence, connected to our terms & contracts. Now it's just a click away to get it translated and then I also know for sure that it's matching the previous one.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using Lokalise a couple of times, I still haven't found anything that I dislike. I only do the translations so it's possible that there are things to dislike for other functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of time for me. We were previously using G docs which was very time consuming.
It gets the job done and their support team is responsive
What do you like best about the product?
It allows my company to create all our keys for our projects on one central platform and integrates well with Figma, allowing us to have our content translated to multiple languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little hard to navigate all its sections, menus, and features, there is definitely a learning curve. Occasionally, search results won't come up unless you backspace and/or retype in the search. Also, copying keys takes a very long time.

Translating content into other languages, allowing our products to be used by people around the world.

What do you like best about the product?
Lokalize is a great all-in-one solution for managing translations accross multiple locales. The GUI is good and they have some nifty apps integrated - e.g. you can send automated emails to people when new keys are added.
They also have good translations options - with real human also. I've used one of the main competitors and Lokalise is the better tool - by far.

What do you dislike about the product?
The search can be improved. We could have definitely set our project up in more structured way in terms of findability but it's a bit of an issue to find things sometimes.

We have a multi locale web platform and it's essential for us to use such a tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Attentive staff that helped resolve a complex issue.

There are some rough edges to the product where it doesn't work for iteratiations.

Very pleasant user experience overall
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is an option for the translator to check the image/context of the sentence/phrase waiting to be translated. Most of the time, we need to refer to an external file to check the context, and the fact that Lokalise internalises this function is just amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the interface is not the most straightforward to localise the task(s) that I have been assigned. Besides, there is nowhere I can view my past jobs. Once I finish a task, I can't seem to find it anywhere. So for invoice purposes, this is not very convenient.

It helps us to localise our software to various languages with friendly interface and functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Figma/Lokalise plugin, because it makes it so much easier to work with product designers and translators as both can provide all the information needed —such a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lokalise/Hubspot integration process is quite long and complex, so since a few months now we have stopped using it. That's a pity.

Lokalise provides integrations with popular code hosting services: Azure Repos, GitHub, Bitbucket, and GitLab
Great localisation management software with powerful integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to create keys and translate them either automatically or using translators. Team management features are just perfect. UI is quite comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's missing real-time APIs, so we don't need to create catching layers in our systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We required translation management system to store translations of our software which is scalable enough to bring lots of human translators together in the tool.
Great support team and POCs
What do you like best about the product?
The human contact with our main POCs (Ksenia and Christine) was the best thing. Communication with both was always very friendly and they were quick in their replies. The Support team as well was quick to respond to queries via chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ultimately, the product wasn't able to scale in the direction we wanted to take our translation business. Other negative factors were the cost of translations and, in some instances, their quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Boosting translation usability through application of TM and speeding up processes thanks to the API connection with our systems.
Great and very complete tool for localisation
What do you like best about the product?
It's very complete and complex but not that difficult to learn. I had never used a localisation tool before and had no problems with it. The integrations with Gitlab and Figma are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Figma plugin doesn't respond very well. It can be very laggy and crash several times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a product, and its interface copy/text needs to be in several languages. The integration with Figma and Gitlab gives me, as a UX Writer, more freedom to write and see how to copy looks in the interface. It also makes the whole process less manual and painful for me, the design team, and the developers much easier.
