Great support for iOS, Android apps, with a convenient Fastlane plugin
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use web interface for adding strings for both iOS and Android platforms, including plural support. The fastlane action is great for pulling the translations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better search support: regex filters in particular would be lovely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Developer workload is reduced - we enter keys/values into the Lokalise web UI, and from that point forward all we need to do is pull down translations. No managing localization bundles ourselves.
New way to manage content
What do you like best about the product?
Seeing all your strings in one place with full context is a game-changer. It gives me more visibility and control over live product content than I’ve had before. The interface makes it easy to navigate across projects, and I’m just starting to explore some of the more powerful features like branching and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve at first — it took me a while to understand how things like keys, branches, and screenshots work together. Some of the documentation could be clearer for content designers rather than engineers. But once you’re set up, it’s very efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lokalise helps us centralise and manage all our app content in one place, which has massively improved visibility and reduced errors. Before, content updates were scattered across teams and tools, with limited oversight once something hit production. Now I can review, update, and localise content in a controlled workflow. It's helping us ship faster, with more confidence, and better collaboration across product, design, and localisation.
Does what it should
What do you like best about the product?
It does what it should to some degree. Easy to collaborate and several integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive to use very basic AI features. I could probably build 99% of the features I use in Lokalise myself over a weekend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration with team mates.
Really helpful to implement & handle multiple languages. Easy to integrate.
What do you like best about the product?
It gives suggestions with its accuracy based on base language while editing other language data.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is no problem or nothing special dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we need an app to use multiple language supported. then we can go with Localise to reduce the complexity and ease of implementation.
Lokalise is a good tool that in most cases meets our needs
What do you like best about the product?
1. translation memory management
2. process management with task opening etc.
3. management of many different languages.
4.Customer support is great.

What do you dislike about the product?
1.It's not very easy to do searches. I often extract the strings in Excel and run the searches there.
2.Linking strings is useful but not being able to see all the strings linked to a particular string is a big limitation. This way I can't safely delete a string.
3. string searching across projects is minimal

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been extremely helpful in managing the process from designer to developer to translator. The handling of our translation memories and the retrieval of existing translations is also excellent, allowing us to maintain consistency and quality.
Great tool for managing translations for an organization
What do you like best about the product?
This tool really helps our organization to centralise all translation activities across different projects. We were able to move from several excel spreadsheets or online documents to a centralized page. All contributors know that they'll find the texts to translate there with proper explanations, help from machine translations and also efficient as previous translations are recommended. It has become a must have tool for all our translators and their daily activities.
From a project management point of view, it is really easy to import new keys in bulk and create the translation tasks for contributors.
We also used it to integrate it with several web applications that export translations to keep everything up to date.
Last but not least, they have an amazing support team that helps on a fast an efficient way.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we are hit by some of the application limits that there are (for instance, automations, users, etc...), they are a bit low and we have to request increased limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lokalise helps our organization to centralize all translations required into a single source of truth (web, marketing, product...)
Very easy and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy and fast Lokalise is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating filtering rules is a bit cumbersome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with translations to many languages. We are using translation branching model to check whether localisation is correct before it can be applied on production.
Okay for web/app, definitely not for more complex integrations and offline content
What do you like best about the product?
Ease to use, instant customer support, open to feedback to improve the experience and easy to integrate for web/app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Project-base dependency, lack of global settings implementation, lack of customization and connection to internal tools, ambiguous TM usage, not thought for offline content localization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick web/app localization, option to use a common shared glossary across all teams, use translation memory as repository.
Mostly enjoy using Lokalise, small improvements would be great
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see the translation history of keys is great. Also, so far, whenever I had any questions, the help centre has been highly responsive and kind in aiding me to solve any issues (technical or not). My account manager Viktorija is also great and when I asked her regarding a translation agency to work with, she also suggested 3 agencies for collaboration. I also think that whilst Lokalise AI isn't perfect yet, it is a great help for quick translation suggestions (even when I'm making translations myself for German). I use Lokalise on a daily basis and am mostly happy with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the search function, sometimes I can't find a key unless I'm looking for it in the right project. Would be great if I could find all keys in the homepage search function even when I don't know in which the project the key is (this works most of the time, but not always). Also the new workflow function would benefit from not having scheduled trigger dates (it seems to be obligatory to put in a trigger date), but I would prefer if it could also just run whenever I want it to through a manual trigger. I don't 100% understand the feature though, so may be an oversight on my end.
Also, would be great if I could choose the keys specifically that I want to run the workflow for (rather than just new keys).
Also, a preview function for key strings would be nice (how it looks in UI).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining translation management, managing translations for multiple languages on websites. Helps to quickly add translations and see them on website. Having the AI feature is already great, would be great if more AI features came out soon to support in easing workflows for localization management.
A no-brainer for any localisation project, small or big.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lokalise is its ease of use, and the project/key/tags structure: be it for me (administration and localisation) or my technical team, there's close to zero friction in our daily use, and scaling from a small project to a big one is so easy that it's not even a question. Lokalise's AI localisation tools are now increasingly powerful and efficient, and they've become essential to my workflow, along with human localisers.
What do you dislike about the product?
A recent redesign changed some highlight colors of the UI, from clear red/purple/orange to different shades of blue, with no possibility of switching it back. I really liked the previous colors, as they were really helpful to navigate the UI, and the new ones make it unnecessarily hard to distinguish some elements, such as empty vs non-empty keys, which actually affected my pace and enjoyment of the platform. Not a dealbreaker, but I hope they switch it back!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lokalise is closing the gap between every part of the localisation process: from project management, to sharing the keys and assigning them to parts of the code, to the actual translation part. It makes us save hours and it's actually pleasant to use it. The key, project, and tags structure make it really easy to scale your project from a few keys to a hundreds or thousands keys. Lokalise has seen constant evolutions, almost all in the good direction, the recent AI push has simply made it a no-brainer to use. Furthermore, the platform is extremely flexible and reliable, and I have never lost any translations or anything like that, despite using it daily.
