Easy to translate and no need to onboard new users as it's super easy to use

Easy to onboard users. I don't need to explain how it works to new colleagues

What do you like best about the product?
The usability and simplicity of the tool for organising strings and managing them collaboratively is what fascinated me the most.
Moreover, I love the different integrations with other third parties and the capabilities to clean up the projects like "find duplicates".

What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the current permission system is complex and confusing. For instance, it was hard for us to understand how to grant read-only permissions.
On the other side, I love the idea of over-the-air changes on mobile applications, but the bundles are misleading.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even though Lokalise is solving our Lokalisation problems, the biggest problem solved at Ocado right now is string customisation. It allows us to maintain a default set of translations and the possibility of our retailers to override them.
Additionally, in the future, it will help us manage strings (creation, translations, lifecycle...)

Easily editing text in multiple languages

What do you like best about the product?
The platform helps a great deal with convenience in translations, showing past translations that make it easy with one click to add repeated translations or giving you suggestions from translator engines from the web. The system that allows you to search by tag or by keys is also a great feature that facilitates the work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, really. Maybe the fact that sometimes it will randomly switch the mode from master to develop and show you a different strain of translations to be made, but it is not a serious downside and it does not happen very often in my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps organize translations to be made by category and makes it easy to access past translations to be copied or improved. It separates translations to be corrected or checked and translations to be made from scratch.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI automation that automatically translate my keys when created.
I like all features related to key management, project management, integrations.
Our tech team really liked the i18-ally for VS Code which helped turn legacy hardcoded text into translation keys.

What do you dislike about the product?
I like the glossary feature but it could be improved to be more helpful when translating. I hope they update it soon to the same level of other translation key management features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves many struggles when delivering a user experience in different markets and languages. Every company moving from spreadsheet to Lokalise should see a huge increase on the quality of the experience and the collaboration between teams.

Lokalise es really easy to use for everyone to achieve professional results everytime. You can earn a lot of time translating and localising content.

I like the global overview of words to do across languages per project. I like the "mark as verified" button too.

The design can be updated. It's a little old school design 😅

What do you like best about the product?
We are a SaaS project which requires localisation. And we like the suggested translation feature, which ramps your translation productivity 2-3 times up. Glossary help to keep your translations consistent across the project. Figma integration makes your product development process seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quality assurance reporting is almost useless. UX of ignoring some "errors" is confusing. Sometimes we experience severe lags in the main dashboard data update. The autotranslation feature creates zero value as it cannot take context into account.

Overall translations management became much more efficient:

Extremely responsive support
What do you like best about the product?
I've used a lot of CAT tools but have never worked with such a responsive support team that Lokalise has. Kudos!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very difficult to notice new comments in the new Comments UI, especially that they are now displayed all together rather than by project as it was before.
