overall satisfied with the product.
What do you like best about the product?
easy to integrate with it from code prespective
What do you dislike about the product?
user rotation is needed as different people use it for adding context and we don't really do daily use in this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
globalization of our solution to customer all around the world
Intuitive design and translator-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is quite easy to understand and it has all the basics for translators. The filter and tag feature are really helpful for creating tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have about twenty projects going on, and I have to set up contributors and other details one by one. I know there's an importing feature and shared TM & Glossary, still I have to select the option for each project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have strings that require different language pairs in one project, so the tags are really helpful for me in finding the right keys for one task. Also, the screenshots are extremely helpful for explaining the context.
Client oriented service
What do you like best about the product?
Goog service along with professional support
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention here, we are satisfied with the service we get
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lokalise serves Petcube as a reliable and convenient service that helps us to run the localization process for new geographies we expand.
Helps a lot with translation management
What do you like best about the product?
Managing all content in one place and having multiple people having access
What do you dislike about the product?
Visibility of translated content in other formats than the keys in thet platform is not possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having Translation in on eplace
Lokalise makes it easy to provide localization services quickly
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to review translations with external services
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be challenging to invite non-technical members of the team to review translations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Made it really easy for our small startup to provide localization for multiple languages quickly
Easy to use and to integrate with our source control
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use of the UI while managing multiple languages. The key thing for me is using Lokalise as our source of truth for our translation resources and the tight integration with GitLab. Any changes, even small manual ones, are done first in the web interface and then downloaded to a GitLab pull request. I really like the pull requests as I can verify easily in the GitLab UI exactly what has changed and been added.
Really like the auto-translation tools for individual keys via google translate too.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of too many downsides. The source control integration can be a little tricky to set up but it's probably more to do with the providers themselves. I couldn't manage to do it for one of our projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large translations and the tooling to manage it
Great Translation management platform to automate your localization
What do you like best about the product?
Good support and documentation. Well thought out flows. It helps us save our developers' time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing of human translation with Lokalise's own vendors is a bit high as compared to other 3rd party options in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated our localization pipeline (explain this a bit more) with it. It saves our developer's time and effort. (Add a few more points)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for automation
Simple platform with lots of features (including SDK)
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I value the most about this platform is the mobile SDK allowing you to do software localisation in apps that would normally require a new release. Lokalise allows us to correct or change labels, texts etc. on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
For new projects on the Starter subscription, it would be nice to be able to add on or raise specific limits for a limited time to allow growth or peaks before committing to a more costly plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned; Lokalise allows us to do software localisation in apps that would normally require a new release. Lokalise allows us to correct or change labels, texts etc. on the fly.
Allowed us to quickly add new languages for new clients, saving us time we did not have !
What do you like best about the product?
We first added Lokalise because we needed to quickly integrate a new language into our product, and our current system for managing translations was not scalable. Lokalise allowed us to do just that. In addition, it made it possible for us to share the responsibility of managing translations with our product team and clients. Being a small start-up, our time is very valuable, and as developers, we saved a lot of time from translating and manually updating translation files. In addition, if a translation in production needs to be modified, we can just do it on Lokalise, without having to redeploy in production just for a translation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had to build our own system of webhooks so that when a translation would be updated in Lokalise, it would be updated in our app. This took quite some time, it would be nice if Lokalise provided some example or tool to make this better, to sync branches with environments, etc. The webhooks connection with Lokalise also often breaks often on their end for no apparent reason.
In addition, there are often popups saying a problem went wrong, and that Lokalise needs to be refreshed. There are no problems, everything works well, but the popups are quite annoying.
These are quite minor problems compared with the utility of Lokalise.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to quickly translate our app into new languages, helps us to gain new clients! Also, we are able to share the responsibility of translation with the product team, and as developers, focus on developing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have to manage several languages, it is definitely worth it!
Excellent software!
What do you like best about the product?
Lokalise for us is very useful, with simple, nice UX. I also like automatic typo highlight. Our team uses API so non-technical people can simply make changes by themselves. It is really time-saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only cons is the price, but considering the number of functions it is justified
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, we have stored our translations in php files which were very uncomfortable. Now everyone who has access to lokalise can change anything in the blink of an eye
