What do you like best about the product?
Their ability to integrate with many apps, tools and platforms. And their response speed to questions and help is super quick! Our account manager Niklas is very much helpful and friendly and efficient with our requests. I appreciate having him as my work partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic CMS features like bulk searching and processing could be improved in the future. Also, the integration with Salesforce products needs some work as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and managing content, managing localization assets, wide-range file format import & download, TM creation.

Lokalise helped speed up & simplify our localization process

What do you like best about the product?
I find that Lokalise helped us speed up the process as compared to the previous experience of using traditional translation services. Communication is much faster, Lokalise support team is very helpful and friendly. We see that the product is growing and improving since we as customers are encouraged to give feedback, participate in workshops and get all our questions clarified.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to get used to the new localization process. We are working on transitioning to design-stage localization using Lokalize Figma plugin but we still need to adapt some processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have long feedback cycles and generally very broken communication with the traditional translation company. For every translation, we had to manually find native speakers to double-check quality.

What do you like best about the product?
Interaction with the Lokalise team. How much they are involved in supporting us. Always reactive and sharp. Love the care brought to the figma plugin.
What do you dislike about the product?
Might have some awesome new features implemented but hard to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration of localisation in our design process. It has been a true helper. Now we're exploring how to use Lokalise for Copywriting.

What do you like best about the product?
The great software, their constant development, their people, their solution-oriented attitude, their helpfulness to use the product better even after you bought it.

It just might be that they are trying to set a new standard for SaaS companies! Just WOW!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything I guess. It would be amazing if they would also offer implementation support on their SDK's, but maybe they even do? We didn't need it till now, because everything was well documented!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Localization of our product for the software and also the marketing materials. From product to knowledge base and from email marketing to website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just get in contact with them! Just share your need/desire/problem and they will help you on how to use it. If you want to they will setup a demo/trial for you and help you selected the package you need. They are not trying to sell you what you don't need, so no worries there!

What do you like best about the product?
The API Integrations are the best feature, as well as the customer support - always quick to respond and willing to investigate/provide solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a few issues with the user interface, its file reading capabilities, and lacking basic traditional CAT tool/localisation tool features (e.g. tag and placeholder functionality).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have one centralised hub (TMS) for translations which connects to many of the other platforms we use across the business.

What do you like best about the product?
It facilitates a fast and accurate translation. Allows you to submit directly after completion of the task to the clients with no time. I also like the fact that it is showing me the level of the translated segments and the non translated ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you will need to repeat the same translations to a similar segment because Lokalize does not really save the translations for a segment for future use. Unless I am still to learn how to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The submission of the project after completion. the benefit I realized is that this software increases the speed of translations and allows you to directly submit the completed job to the client with no time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I advise or recommend other Translators to try this CAT, it helps to be fast while performing your translations, submitting the completed task, and many more.

Best localization engine available!

What do you like best about the product?
As a localization manager, I really like the "Tasks" and "Machine translation" features that allow us to optimize the whole process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that in "Bilingual" translation mode I can't edit the base language field even If I have Admin access. Also, the overall design of the bilingual mode is so-so (in my opinion).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are localizing the website, mobile app, and marketing lendings in one window. It is very handy this way!
