A must have tool for global apps
What do you like best about the product?
Availability of integrations and verbose settings that fits to many use cases. I sometimes feel it's like flying a plane 🌝 with many buttons and settings, if integrations are not enough there is API and CLI tools available for tailor made requirements. Over the air update is a life savior. I think I already got 5-10x value from the instant typo corrections without needing to update my apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sounds a bit silly but too many options, sometimes I get confused but I always find a swift response from the support. I dont remember a case where I haven't got a solution from the support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating my localizations without needing to update my binary. Also translation ordering is a great feature. Both machine learning and real translators. You can also invite external translators and reviewers.

Lokalise has significantly improved our translation workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Lokalise makes it very easy to work efficiently with localisation in a bigger team. You can delegate access rights as required and the translation memory makes it efficient to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind. Needs some setup and customisation, but that is expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lokalise has improved the quality on our translations and made it possible for us to scale that part of the service.

They recently changed their pricing model and tripled the price for the same features, introducing a minimum 10 seats to the plan as well

The best translation tool with the best support
What do you like best about the product?
Immediate technical support for a wide range of implementation queries. An easy to understand interface, as well as easy integration with our SDLC workflow (via Gitlab and Slack). It's also incredibly easy to request professional or machine translations all within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while to grasp how Lokalise treats translation keys, and the initial integration (especially if you have multiple platforms, e.g. a website and an app) can be a bit finicky; however, I think that it is more due to the sheer amount of options in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lokalise to manage all strings across our website and app. It has been pretty seamless getting translators, devs, and product managers on board to the platform to make sure that our translations are up to date as soon as we release updated copy or new features.

I have used a few localisation tools before, and Lokalise is easily the best.

Sometimes the translation quality could be better.

Mobile app localization, automation for the store ASO localization, marketing.
The most impressive thing is the attitude of customer support.
What do you like best about the product?
Actually they supports us right away without checking formal things. They support the customer first and asks the subscription later. It is not easier said than done.

Nothing. Actually I didn't find anything negative until now.

Not much. Maybe it could offer ways to update mobile applications' stores' texts using Apple and Google APIs.

Very customer-focused team, they take feedback and make it actionable quickly.

Lokalise has great support and the customer success team is very proactive and responsive. They take note and listen to feedback. I do like their tagging feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
While they are working on providing more context for translators, more could be done there. The search features need to be more robust. The limitations of seats for our plan is constricting. I've found the integrations are a bit difficult to use and some can't be implemented with our current systems.

We renewed with Lokalise because it was the preference of our Engineers and we were on a very aggressive deadline to localize our application. We were able to do so with Lokalise.
