Improved our platform's localization capability
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to integrate and it's easier to translate our contents in different languages

Could be tricky to use during the first weeks. But it's a matter of finding the right way to structure the projects.

It's much more faster to translate our contents in multiple languages and integrate it with our platform

It offers great options to automate your processes with automation and workflows. The support team is amazing and quick to respond to each question you may have.

Would love the option to be able to filter the source text by the modified date, this is now only available for the translations.

My favourite thing with Lokalise is how quickly they reply to my inquiries.
There is seldom a need to reach out, but the few times I've done so the response times has been quite impressive.

What do you dislike about the product?
No real down sides. Our setup is relatively complex with backend, frontend (web/android/ios). Android has a lot of resource files in a lot of gradle modules which makes everything with localization a bit hard, but our current workflow which includes Lokalise works very well without too much friction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a good way to provide our millions of users using a number of different locales with decent translations. We have our own translations/copywriter team.
It also needs to integrate with our various CI pipelines and GitHub flows.

What do you dislike about the product?
An option to restore deleted keys apart from snapshot would be great since for some critical systems Lokalise might be the single source of truth for content and pulled dynamically.
Mistakenly deleting the keys might mean, the UI/UX is broken.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our product is more than 36 Markets. Lokalise is the only tool used to maintain all the content with translations. In fact it is currently also used as a CMS and it works.

We are able to maintain multiple versions of translation for various customer and integrated them in our CI/CD build pipelines. Translators have easy access to change.
Fast and easy to set up for designers
What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast and easy it was to export the screens, change the translations and hand it over to the developers and copy writing for double checking.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seemed complicated at first, felt like there were so many options and things to consider but once I got started it was actually easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the problem of having duplicate screens in Figma just to show translations. It makes my work as a designer a whole lot easier to be able to switch between our languages and then ship it to the developers.
