What do you like best about the product?
The general user friendliness of the site. It looks simple enough, but it is full of features
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat feature per key, and for the organization, I mean it makes sense, but at some point, I missed a comment due to it being placed out of my current scope

Lokalise makes translations easy

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and power of Lokalise makes it a great tool. It's simple enough for non-technical translators to use and has a great range of features and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I don't like about Lokalise, but if I was forced to pick one I'd say the limited number of seats per price plan can make it difficult to run multiple project. a quick message to support can fix this tho.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with a remote client who use multiple Translations providers. Having strings centralised in Lokalise removes the need to share zipped xliff or xml exports via email. Lokalise has powerful integrations which have helped transform our workflow from an agonisingly manual to 100% automated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
read the docs, if you can't find what you're looking for the support are really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface to support multiple languages, and you can even upload screenshots and tag the position of a given key

I haven't had a problem yet. So I'm just filling this in to go to the next section

I've got an open source project that has traction in over 4 countries of different languages, so Lokalise is a God sent for us

A great product fit for a startup with several apps and an international customer base

What do you like best about the product?
First and foremost, the team are extremely communicative and helpful. Every question we asked was answered in minutes and they gave us fantastic and friendly assistance to get us onboarded swiftly. 100% awesome.

The QA feature found literally thousands of errors throughout our translations — we had missed these for *years* using our previous tool.

We export our translations for use in an iOS and Android app — there are variable placeholders in several files and Lokalise makes it super simple to define these so they are exported to the correct format for the target platform; no need to write scripts to convert from iOS "%@" to Android "%s" etc...

Additionally, we love the platform-specific features; being able to specifically disable a key for export on iOS or Android, or change the name of the key when exported, so that it can match that platform's conventions.

The pricing model is sensible, you are charged on translation keys and not penalised for adding new languages. Again, this is way better than other solutions on the market.

When importing translations, Lokalise is intelligent and recognises the language.

All the modern (and obscure) localisation formats that we needed were available.

The web interface is intuitive and easy to learn, you can tab across navigate quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, this has been a real upgrade in process and quality for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to implement clear, simple processes and improve the quality of the translation and localisation of our apps and websites.

Speak with their customer-support team via the chat-feature on the website. They are extremely helpful and will be able to help you.

Great platform with a variety of services

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to translate the copies into multiple languages and conveniently download them as bundles
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to delete the payment method from the platform other than to write in support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We translated our application into 2 foreign languages and started to sell the product internationally.

wonderful tool to translate amd review keys and keep the track at a glance

What do you like best about the product?
We like the easy integration, the glossary function to keep the consistency in all languages, the machine translation support, the well working QA and general filter option and , last but not least, the statistics, that help us paying each of the 50 translators what he or she has worked on precisley.
What do you dislike about the product?
The statistics are not working with firefox, I need to switch to chrome every time.
Could be easier to add a new contributor to all of your projects. I handle 11 projects and, currently, I have to add a new contributor to every single one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Android App localisation. We have a improved overview, better workflows and more technical opportunities than before.

Best Tool on the market

What do you like best about the product?
The translation memory and glossary features are excellent resources and are really easy to use. The support team are great and the ability to manage strings by project is a nice feature. The integrated transtion services from external vendors is a really clean and easy-to-use process and the prices back and standard of translation are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything works as expected and if I was ever stuck with a question or query the support team were able to respond quickly and effectively. The online help cetnre is also good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is now much faster for us to get translations live on our website and the process of requesting and paying for translations is much smoother. There is also greater visibility within the business on the status of translated strings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try if you are looking for a way to manage strings in several languages, or looking for a more cost-effective way to get strings translated.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to change a string. And also I liked the support team, specially your android support-dev!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I have to build every time I make a change. I wish it was a single button that appears everytime I make a change (like a build and deploy button).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to update strings, without updating the app.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX of the web plateform is really great to optimize our time for app translation.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the moment, nothing, we are a the beginning of the usage and everything seems ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our first interest in Lokalize was the time saving with the tool for our internal translating team. And I think it is enough to justify using Lokalize...
