What do you like best about the product?
I've been doing translation work on Lokalise and ahd issues with the access. Guys responded quickly. Explained short short and clear what was going on and helped to fixt the problem. It wasn't lkie waiting for their help for ages. I was really surprised. Thank you, Lokalise staff!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
with translation it saves my time enormously.
Lokalise has enabled us to provide our product in a user's language of choice
What do you like best about the product?
Lokalise is easy to use because it allows you to separate all your translation jobs into separate projects so that your work is manageable. There is no limit on languages per project, meaning you can carry out all the translations you need in one place, if necessary, and not have to create a project per language.
With Lokalise, all I had to do was download the en.json file for my application, upload it to Lokalise, select the language I needed it translated to, select a translation engine and put the order through. There was no integration or dev work required to get the translations from Lokalise. Obviously my team had to do a bit of work to apply the translated content but there was no need for us to connect our app to Lokalise to get the translations we needed (I just downloaded the translated json file from Lokalise and our dev implemented that in our app).
Lokalise's customer support is outstanding. I raised a ticket and one of their support members understood the problem immediately and offered a solution without a hassle or any back and forth.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of user types and permissions required which can be very confusing for Admins. For example, making someone a manager which is supposed to give them full access, doesn't automatically mean the user can edit content/languages - there are different permissions for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are expanding outside the English-speaking world and Lokalise is helping us support multiple languages to extend our reach.
A good tool with a great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to mantain our keys and to change them quickly when needed. It's deeply integrated with our software and when we need a fix the Customer Support is always eager to solve any trouble in 24 hours. We use it on a daily base and we can't really do without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I find difficult to deal with is to empty all fields of a single key. I don't know if it's possible, but if there's a feature it's not really easy to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to change a feature name when you deal with a very complex localized project. As a designer and FE Developer is great to search all the terms i need to change so I can fix them.
It's the best localization software out there
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and onboard new collaborators. Managing permissions, creating tasks, editing them, working with the AI or the different MT engines is super easy. It's fast, reliable, and scalable. There are not many software with all these characteristics together.
It's also easy to implement and integrate in your software environment to localize apps, webpages, legal documents, etc.
You can have all your users collaborating at the same time, every day, and it also notifies you in real time if someone else is working on a key, so you can skip that one.
Also, if you have any issues, contacting the Support Service is fast via chats and their turnaround is also very fast.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are few downsides really. Sometimes it hangs if there are lots of large keys, but that's rare and it's always best to split very large texts into multiple keys.
Deleting templates is not possible unless you delete the task from where you created the template.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Localizing apps, webpages, legal documents, customer services responses, FAQs, into multiple languages, having a glossary and working with the help of multiple MT engines and an AI.
The kind of simplicity you expect from great products.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it seems and how fast the learning curve goes. You naturally discover more features, and deepen in the usage naturally. Great job with IxD!
I love how "AI smartness" subtly interfaces with the conceptual model of lookalise. It seems the right approach to me, it provides value, it improves my choices, makes me feel I'm in control.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not super fan of how comments are approached. I find it opens a door to communicating directly in the app, but you find it limiting quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage internationalization of our products, ensure consistency in vocabulary, conviniently translate directly in app.
Localising with Lokalize
What do you like best about the product?
Yeasy to use UI, and efficient customer support so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited to only 2 MT engines and lack of workflow (until recently)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SW strings localisation
Super easy to configure and use
What do you like best about the product?
Lokalise is super easy to set up and great for managing translations. What I really like is how flexible it is, especially when connecting with other tools.
I use webhooks to automate tasks based on specific events, which saves a lot of time. I also created a local tool to handle custom translation formats for our database, making everything more efficient.
The integrations with GitHub and S3 are a big plus for managing static content. Setting them up is simple, and once they're in place, everything runs smoothly. For dynamic content in our database, webhooks come in handy again.
The Lokalise API is another highlight. It gives me the flexibility to pull or push translations as needed, and it works without any issues.
Their customer support is easy to reach. I used in-app chat support and I was able to connect in few minutes, and when I had a question, they responded quickly and resolved my issue right away.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm using Lokalise for almost half a year and haven't seen any think I dislike, just one suggestion,
To get key info which were part of order translation, we have to first fetch order info then use get keys API, if there is a direct API or filter which can return keys translation info by order Id it would make the workflow easy for automatic data sync.
If lokalise can provide direct MongoDB or SQL DB plugin to sync data it would be a great win.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Lokalise to lauch our app in global marketplace with multilingual support so user can use it in their native language, and lokalise made it super easy to integrate it with our mobile app, web app and for DB data translation it supports with APIs and webhooks to setup DB integrations with custom key formats
Excellent UI and Responsive Support
What do you like best about the product?
Localize offers an excellent, user-friendly interface with advanced bulk editing features that are incredibly useful. The support team is highly responsive and efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto-translation tools are helpful but sometimes lack contextual awareness, such as understanding context based on other keys or applying correct grammar rules when translating, leading to occasional inaccuracies. Integrating modern AI-powered text generation tools could significantly enhance translation accuracy and context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily manage multiple keys and generate translations in different languages.
A Powerful Tool That Could Be More User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Lokalise provides useful data to understand the context of translations and offers robust features for managing Translation Units (TUs). The platform is powerful and well-suited for managing large-scale translation projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface feels very developer-oriented, which can be challenging for translators and editors who may not be familiar with Markdown or HTML. A preview of the final document below the translation area would be helpful, eliminating the need to interpret codes manually.
Additionally, organizing TUs alphabetically would streamline workflows, and a simpler way to view matches and fuzziness percentages is necessary. This is especially relevant for editors who are paid based on match percentages and need to work efficiently on higher matches.
