What do you like best about the product?
The Team they have behind the product that works on the help tickets that are submitted is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may just be the process of changing from one system to a new one, and having it change over and work together seamlessly. But there have been a large number of hiccups along the way in the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have decided to use this WMS to have the live time inventory counts along with the scanning / barcode capability.
