What do you like best about the product?

IntraOne is a platform that offers depth and breadth of functionality in advanced warehouse management. For customers that require a full suite of Order Fulfillment and Logistics capabilities, WMS also seamlessly plugs into Hy-Tek's TMS, WCS and WES and supports integration with both on-premise legacy ERP and cloud ERP. I've found that it is scalable and highly adaptable to any customer environment, and that flexibility is probably what I like best about it. The other things I like about Hy-Tek overall is that they bring deep industry experience to the table. They aren't just software - they understand the processes completely.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are a large number of transaction sets that WMS supports, and there is education on the product required to map terminology to different ERP, but this isn't a big deal because Hy-Tek can help interpret when to use which transaction.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Companies find that the standard warehouse management functionality included in the "out of the box" ERP standard licensed version is limited in functionality when it comes to wave picking, detailed product movement status from the dock, aisle/row/bin and shop floor, optimization of product stack configuration on pallets to keep shipping costs down, product allocations, among other things. IntraOne WMS has features that help customers address these needs and includes very detailed tracking of status throughout the value stream.
