Great customer service, product is amazingly fast
What do you like best about the product?
I've always felt that the team at StarTree were very committed to my company's success. They are easy to reach when you have a problem, and are quick to find solutions. Pinot as a product is astonishingly fast. It has completely changed how we view our database capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Pinot is amazing, it's still pretty wet behind the ears. We have run into a number of bugs and or missing features that have stopped us in our tracks. In the case of bugs, they were quickly remedied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time analytics at scale. Pinot is fast enough to drive a UI.
