What do you like best about the product?

I find Deel Payroll very simple and easy to use. After downloading, I didn't have to do much, which made the whole process hassle-free. I appreciate how easy it was to get my money, as Deel Payroll handled the conversion from US dollars to Indian rupees and directly deposited the money into my account without any extra steps on my part. The contract element is a great feature too, as it helps instill trust and includes a set of rules to follow, making the process feel more secure when dealing with companies in different countries. Setting it up was straightforward as well, akin to setting up a social media account, requiring only some personal information and documents, but nothing that would breach my privacy.

What do you dislike about the product?

I'm not sure if this counts, but they should do, like, the freelancing I was working in. They had a separate website to show the earnings, and later when we claim it, the payment would be made through Deel Payroll. So I think it should be an automated process. But maybe there is an automated process, just that the company I work for doesn't have that process. So I'm not sure about this one.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Deel Payroll simplifies international freelancing payments, ensuring I receive money directly to my account without currency conversion hassles. It offers a third-party contract for reliability, giving me confidence in cross-country transactions.

What do you like best about the product?

Deel doesn’t delay your pay. The thing I liked most is Deel Advance, because it offers more reasonable interest rates and approves your advance request right then and there. With Deel Pay, you don’t have to wait for “sunshine” to show before your pay lands in your preferred bank account. Once your pay hits your Deel account, you can set it to be sent automatically to your preferred bank details, so you don’t have to transfer it manually. That way, when you wake up, your pay is already there—no delays whatsoever.

What do you dislike about the product?

The browser can feel a bit laggy at times, but it doesn’t affect overall performance. I can also see that updates and improvements are being made as the weeks go by. The system itself is user-friendly, and it’s very easy to navigate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

This benefits me because it handles everything from invoicing to payroll. I don’t have to manually create an invoice from scratch or run into issues with the hours I’m logging, because Deel takes care of that for you. Even the contract itself is created for you, and once you’re done proofreading it and you’re happy with it, you just have both parties sign, and Deel handles the rest.

What do you like best about the product?

I find Deel Payroll much more organized than other options, and it gives me foresight into when and how I will be paid. Deel Advance is pretty neat and useful, especially in a pinch. This month, I had an unexpected expense in repairing my computer, and Deel Advance was the cheapest way to get the money in advance compared to credit card options or other fintech financing. The initial setup of Deel Payroll was pretty easy, and I was done in about 10 minutes.

What do you dislike about the product?

The mobile app isn't as intuitive or easy to navigate as I would like.

I use Deel Payroll for receiving payments from my international job. It's more organized than other options and gives me foresight into when and how I will be paid.

What do you like best about the product?

Simple UI and UX that make it easy to view contracts and payments. The interface is clean and straightforward. yes deel was much much better than other platform. NEW UI for the users, as compared to lot of other softwares we have available in the market

Nothing negative as of now, it's the best platform. The UI is simple, clear, and well structured. Nowadays, in my company we’re using greyhr, which is the worst, and Deel was far better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Makes it easier for me to understand my payments and get paid on time. Everything feels more organized, and I don’t have to deal with confusion around payroll details.

I like Deel Payroll because it offers fast payments to my local currency with automatic withdrawals. The user interface is very friendly and easy to use, which helps me keep track of payments and money effectively.

I feel it would be great if there was more integration with bank accounts and personal platforms.

It's the ability to hire people overseas and manage their payroll in accordance with the employee's regional rules.

What do you dislike about the product?

Its complexity is about reimbursements and integration. Integration with QBO is a bit uneasy when the payroll is paid in different currency. However, extracting invoices and manually recording the payroll in ERP seems a bit easy. They charge expenses in the currency that I'm paying in, whereas they show the payroll charges in the employee's regional currency, which also creates some confusion when I convert and calculate the Forex gain and loss.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Deal helps me so much to be the international employees while I am quite unaware about employees' regional payroll rules and laws. Deal takes care of all the regional rules and laws for employees' payroll and provides me straightforward charges and invoices which I record in my own entity in the same way I record for my regional employees.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how user-friendly the platform is, with clear visibility into payments and payroll information. It’s also helpful to have everything centralized in one place, which makes it easier to stay organized and keep track of details.

What do you dislike about the product?

The platform works well overall, and I enjoy using it. That said, the contractor onboarding process can be a bit confusing because the requirements aren’t always explained in enough detail. There’s also limited visibility into why Deel needs certain pieces of information and specific documents, which makes it harder to know what’s essential and what to expect. Adding more context and clearer explanations throughout onboarding would make the experience much smoother.

Deel makes it easier for me, as a contractor, to receive payments from an international company. It gives me a single place to manage my contract, invoices, payment details, and withdrawals. Overall, it streamlines the payment process and provides clearer visibility into my payments.

I use Deel Payroll to receive my payroll, and the main benefit is that it's faster and easier than other platforms. I like that it's easy to transfer funds to my account. Additionally, my team switched to Deel Payroll due to better fees compared to PayPal. The initial setup was pretty easy. Everything works well for me personally.
