Deel Makes Global Payroll Simple and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is an absolutely amazing payroll platform. It’s very user-friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
High withdrawal fees and inconsistent customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel streamlines the payroll process and makes withdrawals quick and easy.
Simple and Practical, A Necessity in Payroll Management!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Deel Payroll to receive my payments, manage contracts, request vacations and days off, and spend my money directly from the platform without needing to transfer it to other accounts or banks. I find it super useful for keeping contracts organized and for getting approval for my vacations or leaves. Additionally, the initial setup process was excellent, super simple and practical, as they didn't take long to notify me and have my contract ready in a few hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could have a finance module that helps me control them, and also payments for services or subscriptions, and transact between currencies with the money contained there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel Payroll is super useful for keeping my contracts organized and managing vacation or leave approvals.
Quick, Interactive, and Useful with Potential for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Deel Payroll has a very cool color palette and is very interactive to use. It is simple, and both the app and the website are fast. I also appreciate that it makes receiving money from abroad less complicated. The contracts are easy to read, which is a positive aspect for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the payment fees or interest are not so expensive, they are still a bit high for many people in South America. I think they should only charge when the money is sent to the bank account. Additionally, I think there should be more training so that older adults understand how to use the application. Make more interactive videos, it would be beneficial for them. Also, even though it was very easy for me to set up Deel Payroll, I think it could be complicated for an older adult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel Payroll helped me receive timely payments with low fees, making it economical. It is interactive and simple, reducing the stress of receiving money from abroad. The contracts are easy to read.

What do you like best about the product?
No fuss, I've never experienced any issues while using Deel.

Erm,in all honesty I haven't had any issues while using so I don't have anything to put here.

I do freelance work for a company who use this method to make payment and prior to this payment was irregular and had frequent errors, while Deel hasn't experienced that so far.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how it simplifies payroll and managing a distributed team. Instead of juggling different tools or relying on manual processes, everything is in one place. It’s easy to review payment details, manage team information, and keep track of everything without it ever feeling complicated. Overall, it makes the entire process of onboarding and then being pay much smoother and a lot less stressful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you first start using it, it can take a little time to figure out where everything is, since the platform includes quite a few features. After you’ve spent some time with it, it becomes much more intuitive, but the first few days may still involve a bit of exploring and getting oriented especially to located the new invoices and tasks when approve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps address the challenge of handling payroll and administrative tasks when working with people in different locations. Keeping payments, information, and processes organized in one system makes everything clearer and much easier to manage. For me, the biggest benefit is the time saved and the ability to avoid a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth, especially on compliance matters that tend to be hard when you are working internationally.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Deel Payroll is user-friendly, allowing me to easily add, remove, or edit my bank accounts without waiting for days to receive my money. I appreciate that I don't need an international account to receive payments from my employer. I also appreciate that Deel has more currencies available, which was a reason for my team to switch from our previous software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure why but you stopped bank transfers in my country. The initial setup wasn't that easy. I'd rate it a 3/5.

I use Deel Payroll to receive payments without needing an international account. The app is user-friendly, allows me to manage bank accounts easily, and it offers more currencies, which prompted my team to switch from Wise.

Sometimes verification or payment processing can take a little longer, depending on the payment method used or any required compliance checks. Also, for new users, it may take some time to fully understand all the options available on the platform.
