What do you like best about the product?
I love the simple, sleek interface of Deel which makes it incredibly easy to use and visually appealing, enhancing my overall user experience. I also appreciate that Deel is available on both mobile and desktop versions, which offers me flexibility and convenience in managing my freelance payments, no matter where I am. The mobile app is particularly valuable as it simplifies the authentication process significantly. With features like face ID or fingerprint recognition, I can quickly log my hours without the need to log in on the desktop every time, saving me valuable time. Additionally, Deel's setup process is impressively straightforward and quick. I was able to complete the setup in just two to three minutes by connecting my social accounts and logging in through my email, which streamlined the setup process by pre-filling available information and automatically validating my data, thus reducing the risk of errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the performance of Deel to be very slow, which is frustrating especially when I have a strong internet connection. Both the desktop and mobile versions are affected, requiring a lot of time just to load. This really tests my patience as it slows down my work process. Additionally, when logging my hours on the mobile app, I'm unable to effectively select some text areas or input points because the keyboard disappears as I try to scroll. This overlay issue complicates entries and hampers the productivity while logging my timesheet. I also encountered a problem during setup where my contract used a shortened version of my name, but the bank account required my full name, causing setup difficulties. I had to go through a long process involving contacting the account manager to resolve this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps me get paid on time for my freelance work, manage my work logs, payment history, and contract information efficiently. The mobile app streamlines authentication, reduces steps with MFA, and its sleek UI improves usability.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Deel allows me to work from home effectively, especially in a country where remote work is still relatively new. What do you like best about the product?
Deel has worked quite well for me. I have used it several times, and it has consistently saved me both time and money. The customer service is also very effective, helping me avoid unnecessary headaches and stress. Overall, this app meets all of my recent needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now i dont have any inconvinience with Deel. This works pretty well for me. I dont have any issues to relate about this app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is mainly helping me avoid all the messy parts of handling payments, contracts, and paperwork. Before, a lot of that felt chaotic or took way too long. Now it’s all in one place and way easier to manage, which saves me time and keeps everything on track. Honestly, it just makes the whole process a lot less stressful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Deel because it is a very simple and fast way to resolve most HR issues and process my payments. The interface is quite intuitive, and I feel very secure and comfortable using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downside to using Deel, as we also have an in-person HR department at my job. Anything I couldn't resolve through the platform, either because I couldn't find the function or because it was something genuinely unsupported, I was able to resolve personally. However, if I were solely and exclusively dependent on Deel, this might be a negative point (though only very occasionally and for extremely specific matters).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wouldn't say that Deel is solving a particular problem for me, but it is certainly a great facilitator for receiving my salary and managing most HR issues and general company information, such as the organizational chart.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having everything in one single place on Deel. The platform is easy to manage and understand, and it's very user-friendly. The design, colors, and fonts are very nice, making the experience pleasant. I appreciate being able to store my payments and decide when to withdraw them. The rate exchange and commission fees for each withdrawal are clearly stated in a pop-up before I submit the withdrawal request, which adds transparency to the process. I love that the money is sent out immediately, and I receive the payment in my bank account within a day, and the estimated arrival time is also stated and is always accurate. Deel also regularly sends out emails to gather feedback from users, and I find it helpful that I receive emails informing me when I've been paid by my agency, which keeps me informed about my payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated with the recent changes in the email notifications regarding payments. Previously, I received two detailed emails: one from Deel and another from my agency via Deel, which provided crucial information such as total hours worked, corresponding payment amounts, and the specific pay cycle. This detailed information allowed me to verify the accuracy of the payment directly from my email without needing to open the app, simplifying the process significantly. Now, I only receive a generic payment notification from Deel, and recently it doesn't even include the payment amount. This change complicates the process of verifying payments and significantly diminishes the user experience. I would greatly appreciate it if Deel could revert to the older, more detailed email notification format. And also to get the agency to send out their email as well, with all the info regarding the total hours worked, the corresponding payment amounts, and the specific pay cycle, which are pivotal to keep track of our payments.

I use Deel to streamline payment processes and communication with my agency, manage contracts, and ensure quick and informed currency exchanges. It’s user-friendly and centralizes payment details, enhancing efficiency in tracking work commitments.
