User-Friendly Payment Platform with Room for Perk Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, friendly platform. I've been using it for years, to receive payments from my current job, and it's been really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is hard to filter/use perks and benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the HR platform for our company. We use it for payroll and time management.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Deel very easy to use, making the setup process straightforward and efficient, which I greatly appreciate. It simplifies receiving payments as a contractor, providing a seamless experience without any hassle. The platform's ease of use and ability to ensure easy transactions are what I like the most. Having used Deel for over two years, I am very satisfied with its performance and how it effectively meets my needs. Additionally, Deel's integration with Wise works very well together, enhancing the overall experience for me.

I use Deel to easily receive payments from contractors. It's straightforward and efficient, enhancing my payment processing experience.
Great app for contractors
What do you like best about the product?
That you receive up to date information about your payments, they always arrive on time, they manage currency conversion seamlessly, they handle the taxes, the contracts, everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
That its easier to log in on my phone than on my desktop, as desktop ask you for more verifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That Im getting payed in USD, and they handle the aspect of transferring the money to the Mexican bank of my choice in my desired currency without a problem.

The app takes up too much storage, I wish it was less

International payouts, it gives me other options besides traditional methods and it is a lot quicker. I can have my payout the same day in a matter of minutes
Easy Withdrawals, But Authentication Needs Improvement

Simple app with multiple ways to withdraw money

The way you handle the authentication, once you are in the web app, it requires that you authorize anything from the mobile app. If you are using the web, it is because you are not going to be using the phone, so why ask for the phone that is too much

Effortless Payments, But Deel Card Needs ATM Access
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to get paid. I like how there is minimal guesswork when it comes to payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Deel card was able to be used at ATM's. It would be so much more convenient than being bound to point of sale

A fast and easy way to be paid. Invoices are handled by the system so it's less work on both mine and the client's end
Sleek UI and Easy Transfers, But Slow on Android

The UI looks very fresh and well polished, the UX is amazing and I love how easy it is to transfer to your own bank account

It runs a bit slow on android phones, I use a nothing phone 2

Deel is solving the issue of having to write emails for simple HR tasks and eliminate the hassle of fintech overseas apps

What do you like best about the product?
As a contractor based in Latin America, Deel has made my work with international clients so much easier. Payments arrive on time, currency conversion is smooth, and all the paperwork is handled automatically. I also love how simple it is to manage contracts and tax forms. It’s a reliable platform that truly supports freelancers and remote workers across borders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the breakdown or disclosure about withdrawal fees and curency-conversion rates were easier to visualize without having to go to the last step of the transaction process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because I live in Latin America and I work for an international client I can avoid the hassle of slow SWIFT transfers or banks that charge huge fees and perform poor exchange-rates. Payment are faster and more transparent and they keep me updated about the transaction process every step of the way. I don't have to deal with using multiple platform-systems, everything is centralized. Contracts and tax forms are localized so I can feel more secure with being compliant with local regulations. Also, there are tons of benefits such as discounts in products and tools which I can get for personal use or professional growth. Everything is easier even from the onboarding process, it is truly a platform that makes your life so much easier.
