I love that my payments can be automated, so I always receive them on time.

Usually, the dollar conversion rate is very low.

I love that I can receive my money in American dollars and keep it on my digital card when I need to. It really helps me receive my payments.

It’s easy to use, very efficient, and it always has the newest updates. I also love that I have access to Deel Advance when emergencies come up.

Nothing at all, everything about Deel is honestly great.

It helps me receive payment from my clients with ease and reasonable service fees.

What I like best about Deel is that it is pretty straightforward with everything

What I don't like about Deel is maybe the new update, I am still getting used to it.

I have not seen any problems in Deel, but maybe the 1 glitch I had with a payment was too high than usual

Everything is easy to follow, and the transactions are smooth and straightforward.

I think the fees for instant transfers are a little outrageous.

It feels like having payroll management and pay transfers combined in a single app.

I really like Deel Payroll's 'One Click payments' feature; it helps fund our entire global remote team with a single payment in our preferred currency, and Deel handles the conversion and distribution into local currencies automatically. The 'Automated Local Compliance' is another great aspect, as it takes away the stress of legal paperwork by calculating income taxes and handling statutory benefits automatically. It acts as a built-in legal shield, ensuring the remote payment setup is 100% legal in every employee's home country. The One Click Bulk payment feature saves massive time and cost for our Finance team by reducing global payroll administration to just a few minutes each month. The initial setup and implementation were very easy for my team.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes I experience trouble with setting up non-standard variable performance-based bonus structures that don't match typical regional templates.

Deel Payroll helps me process payments where we don't have an entity, ensures workers are correctly classified, calculates and files taxes, and keeps us globally compliant. The One Click payments and Automated Local Compliance save time and act as a legal shield.

I like how quick and simple Deel Payroll is to use. I also appreciate all the added incentives and benefits from loyalty partners, like discounts on Uber or accommodation when traveling and even medical insurance. The initial setup of Deel Payroll was a breeze, really the most easy and simple, and I would definitely recommend it to a friend or colleague.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the time it takes to pay out to my South African bank account from Deel Payroll is a little bit delayed. I would like it to be more instantaneous because we're already paying a fee to Deel Payroll to convert our salary into our currency. It would be better if they could do an instant payment to our bank instead of using the normal EFT.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Deel Payroll for managing payroll for our international team. It's quick and simple to use, with added incentives like discounts on Uber, travel accommodations, and even medical insurance. Also I am paid in dollars and receive in rands much easier than dealing with currency conversion at banks
