Sometimes the transfer to my Mongolian bank account is slow, probably because they were using some South Korean relay bank. Also, reducing the withdrawal fee would be nice.

Great for Global Compliance and Payroll—But Fees, Support Delays, and Nested UI Add Friction
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the biggest win for us has been how Deel manages to make global compliance feel like a non-issue. Before we switched, I was constantly worried about missing a local tax regulation or misclassifying a contractor in a country I couldn't find on a map.
Why it works for us:
UI/UX: The interface is genuinely clean. Unlike older enterprise software that looks like a spreadsheet from 1998, Deel’s dashboard is intuitive. I didn't need a week of training to figure out where the "run payroll" button was.
Integrations: It synced up with our existing tech stack (Slack and QuickBooks) almost immediately. It’s a huge relief when your software actually talks to your other tools without needing a custom API developer.
Performance & Reliability: It’s snappy. We haven’t dealt with any "system is down for maintenance" nightmares on payday, which is the bare minimum you want but surprisingly hard to find.
Pricing / ROI: It’s not the cheapest option on the market, but the ROI is clear when you calculate the hours saved on manual data entry and the legal fees we aren't paying because our compliance is automated.
Support & Onboarding: The onboarding team was actually "human." They walked us through the local requirements for our new hires in Europe and didn't just send us a link to a PDF help doc.
AI / Intelligence: I’ve noticed some of the newer AI-driven insights for salary benchmarking have been surprisingly accurate. It helps us stay competitive with our offers without having to buy separate market data reports.
The Bottom Line: If you’re tired of the "compliance headache" that comes with a remote team, Deel is worth every penny. It’s simplified our workflow to the point where payroll is a 10-minute task rather than a 3-day project.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is a lifesaver, there are a few "growing pains" that can be frustrating when you’re in the middle of a busy month.
Areas for Improvement:
Pricing & Hidden Fees: The base price is one thing, but the withdrawal fees and FX markups for contractors can be a bit of a shock. If you aren't careful with which payment method you choose, those "small" transaction fees really start to eat into the budget. It’s definitely on the premium side of the market.
Support Response Times: When things are going well, support is great. But during peak payroll windows (like the end of the month), the wait times for a human can get long. Sometimes you have to fight through a few layers of the AI chatbot to get to someone who can actually solve a complex tax local issue.
UI Navigation Depth: Because they keep adding so many features (IT, Equipment, HRIS), the interface is starting to feel a bit "nested." Occasionally, finding a specific historical tax document feels like a scavenger hunt through three different menus.
Rigid Automation: Sometimes the compliance automation is too strict. If a local regulation changes and Deel hasn't updated the specific "logic" in their portal yet, it can block you from making certain changes manually, which feels a bit like the "computer says no" problem.
Mobile App Limitations: The mobile app is fine for quick approvals, but it’s still a bit laggy compared to the desktop version. I wouldn't want to try and set up a whole new entity or run a full audit from my phone.
