What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Deel is its seamless approach to global workforce management. The platform makes it incredibly easy to hire, pay, and manage employees and contractors from anywhere in the world. The automated compliance features ensure that we stay up-to-date with local laws and regulations, while the user-friendly interface makes the whole process so much more efficient. The ability to handle payroll in multiple currencies, along with the flexibility to manage both full-time employees and freelancers, has been a huge benefit to our team. Overall, Deel makes global expansion and remote work smoother and less complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Deel is a powerful platform, one thing I’d say could be improved is the customer support response time. Occasionally, it can take a bit longer to get a resolution for more complex issues, which can be frustrating when trying to move quickly. Additionally, some users may find the platform's features overwhelming at first, especially if they’re new to global payroll and compliance tools. A more intuitive onboarding experience could help with that. Overall, though, these are minor issues compared to the platform's many strengths.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves several key problems related to managing a global workforce. First, it simplifies the complexities of international hiring by ensuring compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations in different countries. This is incredibly beneficial because it allows us to hire talent from anywhere in the world without worrying about the legal intricacies. Additionally, Deel makes payroll processing easy by offering multi-currency support and automating tax calculations, saving us a lot of time and effort. This means we can focus more on growing our team and business, rather than getting bogged down in administrative tasks. Overall, Deel has made managing remote employees much smoother and more efficient, which directly benefits our productivity and global expansion goals.
