Smooth Onboarding and Great International Exchange Rates
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Deel platform for its smooth onboarding process and the ease of signing contracts. The sophisticated and easy-to-understand contract framework makes it simple for contractors to interchange contracts with clients. One of the great factors I appreciate is the excellent exchange rates for international payments, which are better compared to other platforms. The platform combines workspace, pay rules, HR, and contract signing seamlessly. Getting started with Deel is also very easy due to the smooth initial setup process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Deel could add a live time tracking feature for the submission of time. Right now, Deel allows the submission of time for contractors but doesn't support live time tracking or guidance. This would be really helpful for multinational companies to stay engaged within the platform instead of using other time tracking platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel simplifies contract signing and payroll with smooth onboarding and favorable exchange rates. It provides an easy-to-understand platform with various methods for payroll and contract management, combining workspace, pay rules, HR, and contract signing.
Deel makes global payments simple and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Deel is how simple it makes global hiring and payments. Managing contracts, payroll, and compliance for different countries used to be complicated, but Deel brings everything into one clean and easy-to-use platform. The dashboard is straightforward, and the overall experience feels well thought out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I can say is,some country-specific processes can take a bit of time, especially during contract changes or compliance updates. A little more clarity or faster turnaround in such cases would make the experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps us solve the headache of paying and managing people who work from different countries. Earlier, it was confusing to handle payments, contracts, and local rules for each country. With Deel, everything is in one place, payments go out on time, and we don’t have to worry much about compliance issues. It saves us a lot of time, reduces manual work, and makes working with international contractors smooth and stress-free.
Convenient, Fast and Great Exchange Rates
What do you like best about the product?
I find Deel very convenient, very fast, and very easy to use. I like that I can receive messages and transfer my money worldwide to different accounts. It's very convenient and offers good rates, which I love. I appreciate being able to receive dollars and then transfer into euros with favorable rates. The initial setup was easy even though it was something new, and although I was a little scared, I ended up loving it.

I use Deel for receivables, and it's very convenient, fast, and easy to use. I can transfer money worldwide at good rates, which I love.
Efficient Payment but Needs Faster Processing Time
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Deel offers immediate payment for South African users. I also find the feature for submitting hours very useful because it makes payment calculations easier. Setting up Deel was fairly easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not really happy with the payment processing time between Deel and banks. I just started using it, and I'm still waiting for my first payment to be processed by Deel because it was reversed by Capitec.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel like Deel is easy to use. I really appreciated their customer support, which was very attentive and helpful when I had trouble using my email at first. They helped me get through the process smoothly. Deel has been the easiest payment solution I've used, offering flexibility that lets me withdraw payments on different platforms like PayPal. The setup was very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Deel to receive payments, and it helped me to receive payments in my country. I like the easy way to use it, as the platform works smoothly. It works under legal standards, and there are no tricks in the middle. I find the Deel card very practical. I could use it to pay in local markets in El Salvador without any issues. The initial setup wasn't difficult at all, as the instructions are clear.

I'd love if you could implement additional options to receive payments.
