What do you like best about the product?
It is very straightforward regarding the hours and the payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
That given the fact that each country has different policies around US payments, there could be more information on that process if it is a requirement on the paltform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just is so seamless, it is easy to find where and towards the money is going.
There is a lot of clarity with exchange rates, and bank account policies, and all the financial and timing stuff.
And, it also has one of the best Customer Service that I've found in a platform related to financial solutions.

Easy Hour & Payroll Tracking with Fast, Helpful Support
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is easy to use and helps track my hours and payroll. If I have any questions, their customer support is helpful and gets back to me quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I noticed was that several clients couldn’t find their 1099s at first, but they were eventually able to locate them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for Sepal AI which is soon to be merging with Mercor. Deel seems able to integrate this change smoothly.

The ease of receiving and withdrawing my payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it sometimes takes between 2 to 3 days for the amount to arrive in my bank account.

While Deel Payroll is a powerful tool, the platform can feel a bit heavy for smaller teams. Costs can add up as you scale, and some workflows still require support involvement instead of being fully self-serve.

Before using Deel Payroll, managing international payroll was time-consuming and complex. Handling different tax laws, compliance requirements, currencies, and payment schedules across countries required manual work and external coordination, which increased the risk of errors and delays.
After switching to Deel Payroll, payroll became centralized and automated in one platform. Deel handles local compliance, tax calculations, and on-time payments, while providing clear visibility into payroll status and costs across regions.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple and practical, and communication is consistently clear. Everything I need is available through a well-organized self-service portal, so it’s easy to find what I’m looking for and manage things on my own efficiently and without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few UI elements could be improved—especially the time-tracking interface and ways the hours could be logged in bulks—but overall my impression is very positive.

Everything works for documentation-related tasks. It offers an interface that makes it easy and efficient to manage everything—from signing contracts to handling vacation requests, tracking time, and managing payroll.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been receiving my payroll through the Deel app, and the experience has been outstanding. The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use, taking the stress out of international payments.
What really sets Deel apart is the variety of withdrawal methods. I can easily initiate wire transfers to bank accounts in both the United States and Colombia without any hassle. One of my favorite features is the integration with AstroPay; using my Deel virtual debit card to withdraw money instantly is a total game-changer for immediate liquidity.
Additionally, the exchange rates for USD to COP are very competitive, often much better than traditional banks or other platforms I’ve used. To top it off, their customer support team is always available, responsive, and easy to communicate with whenever I have a question. Highly recommended for any remote worker!

The only downside I’ve noticed is the Android app's performance. On my Motorola smartphone, the app takes a significant amount of time to load—both during the initial login and when switching between tabs. The UI itself is great and easy to navigate once it loads, but the speed could definitely be improved for a smoother experience.

The #1 reason I recommend Deel is the fair exchange rate. Traditional Colombian banks often offer rates that are 200 pesos below what Deel provides. Over a full paycheck, that difference is massive. I also love the direct link with my employer. The second my employer completes the payroll, I get an automated notification from Deel. Knowing exactly where my money is in real-time is a huge relief.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed in receiving the money. I like that I can send it instantly to my debit card.

The platform is sometimes very slow or you have to do a lot of refreshing.

It helps me get paid faster, organized, I can also log my hours, and the platform is very user-friendly.
