Great for International Admin, but Hour Entry Could Be Smoother
What do you like best about the product?
It handles all sorts of admin involved in working with clients, especially internationally, such as contracts, compliance, logged time worked, and getting paid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working on an hourly rate basis I found it a bit fiddle to enter each day's hours at the end of a two week cycle. I may have missed it but it would be nice if there was a way to enter them in bulk on one page rather than clicking through dialogs for each day.
I also had some issues with my client approving my hours and paying me - I don't know if that was due to the individual or the Deel system itself but I had to remind them a lot!

What do you like best about the product?
It's a convenient way to access my money, no matter which option I choose.

At times, the app can be a bit slow, which leads to some issues.

This solution allows me to access my payments without dealing with the complex rules of traditional banks or losing money to excessive fees. It makes managing my funds much simpler and more straightforward.
Great Platform for Global Payments
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Deel is how easy it is to receive international payments. The platform is very intuitive and I can withdraw my payments in different currencies and methods without any complications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for me is the currency conversion rate when withdrawing to Colombian pesos. The exchange rate can be quite high compared to the market rate, which reduces the final amount received.

Deel solves the problem of getting paid as an international contractor without dealing with complex banking processes, manual invoices, or delays. It allows me to receive payments from clients in other countries in a fast and organized way, while handling tax documents and compliance automatically. This saves me time, reduces stress, and lets me focus on my work instead of figuring out how to get paid across borders

It's simplicity to use, and a clean interface. Also it's well packed tool, so it can cover a lot of business use cases.

Support is quick to respond and usually helpful. It feels reliable, especially when dealing with international compliance and payroll differences that would normally be a headache.Some parts of the platform feel slower or more complicated than they need to be. A few settings and processes aren't very intuitive, so I occasionally have to ask for help to complete basic tasks. Pricing can also feel a bit high when you're only using a few features rather than the full suite.

Deel removes all the friction of hiring and paying people in different countries. We don’t have to worry about legal entities, tax rules or compliance details that change from place to place. Contracts, onboarding, and payroll all live in one place, which cuts down on admin time and keeps us moving. It also gives our team a smoother experience when they need documents or payment info. The main benefit is that we can scale globally without slowing down for operations work.

The user interface isn't completely clear, but I am able to find features after scrolling, such as the Deel card. Also, the money does not generate any interest.
