What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can create contracts, also the fact that you can get an advance on your payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really slow, and the fees to payback the advance you take are high.
Cards are kinda unsafe, i see lots of transactions that are not mine, but thankfully they don't go through.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The payroll is automatic, meaning i don't have to worry about my payment or reminding anyone for it.
You have the opportunity to open a card and also order a physical card, huge plus but also withdrawing cash from ATM would be awesome.
You can move your money very easily from Deel to other platforms or even Digital Coin.

Deel makes international hiring and payments incredibly simple. The platform centralizes contracts, compliance, payroll, and onboarding in one place, which removes a lot of manual work and reduces the risk of errors. What I like the most is how intuitive it is to navigate—everything from signing agreements to submitting timesheets is clear and straightforward. The automated reminders, transparent payment timelines, and detailed breakdown of payouts bring peace of mind and help maintain a smooth working relationship between contractors and companies.

lthough the platform is solid, there are moments where updates or verification processes take a bit longer than expected. In some cases, communication about pending items could be more immediate or proactive. Additionally, it would be helpful to have more flexible payout scheduling options. These aren’t deal-breakers, but they are areas where the experience could become even smoother.

Deel helps streamline the entire process of working with international companies by centralizing contracts, payments, and compliance in one platform. It removes the complexity of dealing with cross-border regulations, bank delays, and manual documentation. As a contractor, I benefit from predictable payout timelines, transparent tax documentation, and an organized dashboard where all my contracts, tasks, and payment history are easy to track. This allows me to focus on my work instead of administrative tasks and eliminates the uncertainty typically associated with international contracting.

Ease of use. The way I can get my money from the client in USD, to my currency, on my bank account within minutes

The fees when withdrawing using "pix" (when withdrawing to BRL)

Getting paid in USD and withdrawing in BRL. It makes it easier, with no underlying stuff. Get paid and withdraw your money, that's it.

What do you like best about the product?
They simplify the process of receiving my salary each month through automatic bank transfers. Additionally, downloading my tax information and invoices whenever I need them is very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure this is a downside, a suggestion would be to send my monthly invoice automatically too.

Receiving my salary every month, always on the same day in a consistent manner.

What do you like best about the product?
This is my second time using Deel to receive payments. Submitting expenses is extremely easy, and since it already integrates with my bank, I don't have to manually process the payment when I receive it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't noticed any downsides so far; the platform is genuinely helpful and very easy to use.

I have been with the same company for three years, and we've been using Deel for the past six months. Receiving my salary has never been easier. Before Deel, I had to manually create an invoice, use an American intermediary account to get paid, and then transfer the money to my Brazilian account. Now, with Deel, all I need to do is submit my travel expenses through the platform and receive my salary directly in my Brazilian account.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Deel makes payments simple and fast. One of my favorite features is the instant transfer option — They transfer my money to the target account right after getting paid. It’s convenient, reliable, and makes managing finances much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the taxes for Brazilian Pix withdrawals are quite high compared to other providers like HiGlobe or Remessa Online. Lower fees would make Deel much more competitive for users in Brazil.
