What do you like best about the product?
Because the experience is smooth and clear overall. I'm happy to use it.

The "expenses" section could be moved to the Finance page.

Very easy to access and FAQ's are there when you have any concerns

I dont have anthing to dislike. I always use advance payment so i think the interest is quite reasonable.

I think Deel advance is great especially when short in budget.

The organization structure chart, it looks pretty cool.

The way bank details are submitted. I think it should be entered and automatically vetted by your software.

Swift payment, a link between my employer and me. All these gives me no business with my employer for my payment.

Feel allows me to close a contract with clients overseas. They take care of everything. Since onboarding to payouts.

Their customer service could be faster and easier to manage.

Simple and Fast, But Slow Loading on My Motorola G17
What do you like best about the product?
it is very simple, fast and let me keep dollars even not living in the US

In my Motorola G17 it takes a log time to load, but maysbe it is because my phone is weak

User-Friendly Platform with Low Fees and Flexible Withdrawal Options
What do you like best about the product?
The registration process is straightforward, and the platform is user-friendly. I appreciate the option to issue a card and the variety of withdrawal methods available. Additionally, the commission fees for swift transfers are quite low.
What do you dislike about the product?
The option to issue cards is a useful feature, but it does have its limitations. All cards are tied to the same account, and there is no option to select a different currency for each card or to exchange currencies.

We work with contractors from various countries, and before using Deel, the payment dates were unpredictable and delays were common.

What do you like best about the product?
Swift transactions and excellent Support service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in fact. It provides all the banking transactions with smooth processing in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My account was put on hold for some compliance processing, and I couldn't receive my upcoming payment. I contacted Support Team who replied promptly and fixed the pending process, so I received my payment on time. They followed up with me later to confirm that I had no further issues which was very cooperative of them.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Deel very convenient to use, which is why I've continued using it without any problems. The setup process for Deel is straightforward, with basic instructions that made it easy to get started without any trouble. One of the most useful features of Deel for me is the ability to send payments or salaries through e-banking, which adds flexibility and ease. Additionally, the feature allowing for cash advances on salary with lower interest rates excites me and is a strong reason for me to consider using Deel again. Another thing I appreciate about Deel is that they have their own application for easy access, which enhances the user experience by removing complications. Overall, Deel helps me receive my salary efficiently from my employer and adequately addresses any previous issues, such as payment delays, as quickly as possible, providing a reliable service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the transaction fees a bit problematic when transferring money to my personal bank account. It's a bit frustrating that when receiving payments in a specific currency like US dollars, I can't receive the same currency directly into my local bank account regardless of which country I'm in.

I find Deel convenient for receiving my salary with an easy setup. The e-banking feature and salary advance option are particularly useful.
