Secure and User-Friendly, But Card Availability Limited
What do you like best about the product?
THE PLATFORM IS SECURE AND EASY TO USE. Multiple good options
What do you dislike about the product?
The Deel card, meaning the physical card, is not available in Namibia. Additionally, it is only offered in global currencies and not in local currencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have encountered difficulties when trying to receive my global funds through SWIFT and convert them into my local currency.
User-Friendly Platform with Fast, Reliable Transactions
What do you like best about the product?
I find Deel to be exceptionally user-friendly and easy to use, especially when compared to other platforms I've used before. It was introduced to me by my employer, making things significantly easier for me as a contractor. I appreciate the step-by-step instructions provided during the setup process, which made it very straightforward. One of the standout features for me is how easily and quickly I can withdraw payments, especially using Revolut, which is both cost-effective and convenient as it eliminates the hassles associated with bank transfers. Additionally, I love how Deel allows me to request time off effortlessly, with the ability to specify different types like sick leave, paid time off, or unpaid. The reliability of Deel, particularly with financial transactions, is something I highly value because it assures me that my money will not be misplaced. This, combined with its recognition as a well-known brand, reinforces my confidence in using Deel. Furthermore, the ease with which my peers and I can access it without needing to field questions underscores its user-friendliness. This comprehensive experience is why I rated it a ten out of ten for recommendation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find accessing some of the standard options, like withdrawing funds or booking time off, a bit cumbersome. It requires me to navigate through multiple tabs to find these options, which could be more efficient.

I use Deel to easily and quickly withdraw payments and request time off, simplifying financial transactions and time management.

Instant Withdrawals and Flexible Options, But Occasional Delays
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to use the embedded card and having the flexibility to withdraw money instantly in various ways. Sometimes I choose to withdraw to crypto, other times directly to my bank account, and most of the time, the withdrawals are processed instantly, which I find really convenient. I’ve also linked my Deel card to Apple Pay, so I occasionally use it to pay at my local shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, withdrawals can take a while. I believe this is because some withdrawal providers operate only on business days. It's important to keep this in mind if you need to access your money quickly. Also Deel card have some limitations - for example, I cant pay for games in Steam because it is counted as gambling for some reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes it easy for me to handle my expenses and collect income from various sources, then transfer those funds to whichever accounts I choose, whether that's crypto or cash.

I’m finding it very difficult to connect with a real support representative, and it feels as though my issue is being dismissed instead of resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes hiring and paying international team members incredibly simple. I love how everything : contracts, compliance, onboarding, and payroll - happens in one clean, user-friendly platform. It takes what used to be a complex, manual process full of risk and turns it into something seamless and compliant by design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I paid extra (€12) for the instant payment/express withdrawal option, expecting faster processing — but it actually took two days, while the regular free bank transfer usually arrives in just one. It was disappointing to pay for a premium feature that ended up being slower than the standard option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves the complexity of handling international employment and compliance. Before, managing contracts, tax forms, and payment documents for team members in different countries was time-consuming and confusing. Deel takes care of all that - from legal paperwork and local regulations to tax compliance and cross-border payments - in one place.
Blazing Fast with a Clean, Clear Design
What do you like best about the product?
Complex but easy to use, love the interface design of deel that clean also very interesting, clear information

The fee that cut from salary, around $15 is too much for Indonesian people

The main thing is fast when transferred into local back account

What do you like best about the product?
The interface looks fantastic, and payments are processed very quickly. I use deel once a month however it is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the "remember me" feature would be better if the time interval were extended, perhaps to around two months. That would make it more convenient.

Although my company is based on another continent, I still receive my payments very quickly and efficiently.

Don't need to charge Withdrawal charges to employees.
