Lightning-Fast Payments, Flawless Experience with Deel
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is fast, as soon as my company pays out my salary, Deel automatically sends it to my bank account, and I receive it the same day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no things I dislike about Deel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is a payroll platform my company uses for remote employees and it is working amazingly well. We also moved recently from Hofy to Deel IT, and I'm excited to see how is that going to work, but I have full confidence.
Overall smooth experience as a user
What do you like best about the product?
I found it easy to navigate and understand where everything was. I used it frequently in my time as a contractor and found the process to be smooth, with a clear UI and nice visual design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I initially didn't understand the withdrawal process, but after some time with the software, it became much easier to use.

I have been using Deel for about two years, primarily for handling payments, and I appreciate its straightforward setup process. My experience with Deel has been smooth, as I find the setup quite intuitive and not challenging at all. I particularly like how quickly my questions are answered, as their support team promptly addresses any inquiries I have. This responsiveness is a significant benefit for me. I also appreciate knowing exactly when my salary will come, which adds a layer of predictability and reliability to my financial management. The integration of the credit card feature is another aspect I find useful, as it enhances the functionality and convenience of the service. While I haven't explored using other software in conjunction with Deel, the existing features have contributed positively to my work processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any features of Deel that would entice me to purchase it again. This suggests that while I use the system, there aren't specific features that stand out as beneficial to me.

I find Deel promptly addresses my questions, providing clarity on payment timings and offering a straightforward setup.

I think the dashboard should be a bit more customizable for reporting.

Very easy to use, friendly platform. I've been using it for years, to receive payments from my current job, and it's been really easy.

Sometimes is hard to filter/use perks and benefits.

It's the HR platform for our company. We use it for payroll and time management.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Deel for over a year now, and it’s been a really smooth experience overall. The platform makes it super easy to handle contracts and get paid on time, no matter where you’re working from. Everything is straightforward from setting up agreements to tracking payments and I like how transparent the whole process feels. The ability to receive payments in different currencies without any hassle is a big plus. After using Deel for more than a year, I can confidently say it’s a reliable and efficient tool for anyone working with global teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software manages tax documents, but only for the United States.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform makes onboarding, payments, and compliance across multiple countries incredibly smooth.
Great app for contractors
What do you like best about the product?
That you receive up to date information about your payments, they always arrive on time, they manage currency conversion seamlessly, they handle the taxes, the contracts, everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
That its easier to log in on my phone than on my desktop, as desktop ask you for more verifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That Im getting payed in USD, and they handle the aspect of transferring the money to the Mexican bank of my choice in my desired currency without a problem.

The app takes up too much storage, I wish it was less

International payouts, it gives me other options besides traditional methods and it is a lot quicker. I can have my payout the same day in a matter of minutes
