What do you like best about the product?
The easy way to get my money without third party intermediaries
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the extra charge to convert dollars to my local currency, and the non capability of the application to get updates over second plane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolve the conversion rate due I was able to pay in dollar by the help of the virtual card, that make me easy to spend the money on my country

It's easy to use, and straightforward. It is very user friendly and has the correct options in the correct places. The customer support is good. The implementation was smooth.

Not much to say. It could have more options to withdraw the funds.

At the moment, I honestly have nothing negative to say about Deel. I have been using it for several months, and so far, I have not encountered any issues or had any bad experiences.

So far, I haven't encountered any issues with Deel. One of the main advantages is that it's very accessible and operates quickly.

That it is a fairly intuitive platform for non tech users

That does not allow me to know the order that I should follow in the learning courses

I think Deel helps us simplify global hiring and payment management for our distributed team. Previously, the company used to invest a lot of time on administrative processes and regulatory compliance in each country; now, with Deel, we can onboard talent across different markets quickly, securely, and fully compliantly.

deel process the payments quickly and on time, there's been almost no issue since I started using it and i loved it !

sometimes it delays the notifications to confirm the transactions even though they already went through

What I like best about Deel is its ease of use and smooth implementation process. The platform is extremely intuitive, allowing me to get started quickly without much training. I also appreciate the number of features it offers — from global payroll and compliance to contract management — everything is centralized in one place. The ease of integration with other tools makes it even more efficient for daily operations. Additionally, their customer support team is responsive and knowledgeable, always ready to help when needed. Given how often I rely on Deel, the frequency of use is quite high, and it consistently delivers a seamless experience every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Deel is an excellent platform overall, one thing I dislike is that some features can feel limited or take time to update when new regulations or integrations are introduced. The implementation of certain advanced options could be smoother, and occasionally, the ease of integration with external systems requires additional configuration. Although customer support is generally good, response times can vary depending on the issue. I also think the user interface, while intuitive, could be simplified further for frequent users to improve overall ease of use during daily or frequent use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Deel mainly to view my payslips and salary bifurcations, and it’s been really convenient. Everything is clearly organized, easy to access, and transparent. I like how simple it is to track my earnings and deductions without any confusion. The platform is user-friendly, and customer support is quick to help if I ever have questions.

The exchange rate, besides the commission that you have pay, which is ok, the exchange rate is lower compare to the offcial rate,

What do you like best about the product?
It's so organized and easy to use. Support is helpful as well

The app is a bit robust/slow to use, could use some fixations to be faster
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an international contractor and we did not have any other platform that would allow the company to pay us directly. This was a great implementation to solve that issue.
