What's most helpful for me is the deel advance feature and how easy it is to get support.

It sometimes takes a while to load, and although there is always support, it isn't always helpful.

It helps make it easy to track my hours and how accurate my pay is.
Well Organized and Easy to Understand, With Improved Speed

It’s well organized and easy to understand. The Deel Advance feature is especially helpful when I’m in a pinch and really need it.

- The website and the Android app were slow during my first months of use.
- I couldn’t get the Deel card because I wasn’t able to prepare the required documents in my country.

Sleek Interface, but Customer Support Often Misses the Mark

Interface, it has a nice interface, simple.

It's ok but sometimes the support does not seem to understand the concern we're raising. And if we ask for meeting with one of their reps locally, it takes more than 2 weeks to meet with them.

The platform is easy to use and keeps me informed about my payments, updates, changes, and everything else. I use both the website and the mobile app every week, and everything runs smoothly. I love it.

The only thing I don’t love too much is the high transfer fee, that’s it

I work for an international company, so they can easily pay me through the platform. It doesn’t take long to receive the money, and I have automatic transfers set up, which makes everything much easier. I didn’t have to open a new bank account.
Great Exchange Rates and Convenient Local Currency Option

I like the exchange rates and the option to use my local currency.

I don’t like automating payroll because it requires multiple accounts instead of just one. You also have to split it into multiple transactions rather than processing it as a single transaction.
