The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. I also like that Deel sends clear notifications when a payment is on the way and allows me to withdraw funds in just a few clicks. It feels designed for people who value speed, reliability, and transparency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d love to see faster disbursements once payments are processed — sometimes it could be a bit quicker. It would also be great if Deel offered more perks or partnerships for users, like discounts or subscriptions to tools we often use in tech, such as Cursor, ChatGPT, or popular streaming platforms. Adding that extra value would make Deel feel even more rewarding to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel has made receiving my salary as a remote worker much easier and more predictable. The ability to access part of my salary in advance has been a huge help during unexpected situations — it really adds flexibility and financial peace of mind. Everything is transparent, automated, and handled quickly, which saves me time and stress every month. It would be great if in the future Deel expanded on this by offering small credit options or other financial tools for users who already have consistent payment history through the platform.

Additionally, while the platform offers strong standard reports, the ability to further customize or export specific data sets would enhance its reporting capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to check my balance and manage my money. Payments from contracts always arrive on time. I can use my digital Deel card to make purchases online or to pay monthly subscriptions. I always receive notifications when my payment is ready and when it has arrived. I can also use my referral code to invite my friends and earn some extra money!

Overall, Deel works very well, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The reporting and analytics section could be more customizable to allow deeper insights into payments and contractor activity. Sometimes, smaller configuration changes or updates take a bit longer to reflect across the system. Additionally, the pricing can be slightly high for smaller teams, especially when scaling globally. However, these are minor compared to the overall convenience, reliability, and support the platform provides.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how simple and fast Deel is, I've using it since April 2022 to receive my wages. The setup was remarkably easy and user-friendly, which was a pleasant surprise. Deel simplifies receiving payments and provides a sense of control over the money I receive from my company. I also think is a great option to have the "Advance" feature to get money before my payment is made by the company and the Deel card that allows me to use the money that I have right away. l. Everything works perfectly, providing a great and fast experience on both mobile and computer. These features make using Deel straightforward and beneficial for my needs, offering a solution that is both reliable and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one of the things that the Deel card is missing is having the option to do withdrawals. It's very limited for the Deel card. It would be great to have the card work also as a regular card from which you can withdraw money from an ATM and use it everywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Deel makes receiving payments easier and gives me control over my income, improving the process and offering useful features like the Deel card.

Additionally, I love that this feature also offers a 1% cashback benefit, which is quite useful. Deel's user interface is incredibly user-friendly, making the initial setup and navigation an easy and hassle-free process. I greatly value the ability to send dollars to any account in the world, providing great flexibility, especially for someone who travels frequently. I also enjoy the promotions and promo codes that Deel offers, which are attractive to people like me who are looking for savings on hotels, travel, and the like. The ease of use and reliability of the system are outstanding, as I have not experienced any crashes or errors so far. This makes my overall experience with Deel really positive.

I would like to be able to use other authentication methods on Deel, as the current system requires the use of an authenticator and this can be inconvenient. It would be ideal to have the option to use a Bluetooth device that allows the account to be unlocked automatically to simplify access.
