Reliable Payments and Versatile Card, But Currency Rates Could Improve
What do you like best about the product?
I always receive my payments on time, and I have found the card to be very useful for both virtual and physical purchases. There are also several methods available to withdraw money to local bank accounts, which adds to the convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The currency conversion rates could be more closely aligned with the current market exchange rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables contractors from various countries to receive their payments and choose how they wish to withdraw them.
Practical and User-Friendly with Excellent Support, Though Some Forms Can Be Confusing
What do you like best about the product?
It is very practical and easy to use. You can learn how to use it easily. I use it every moth. Every time I needed help with something, it was provided via chat and quick communication.

Some forms and stuff to be completed may be confusing.

Being able to keep control of my payroll, and be paid as a freelance contractor by companies from the U.S.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how easy it is to get started with the tool and begin collecting payments through it.

There is an excessive amount of tax-related documentation required just to set up your account.

This platform addressed the challenges of hiring internationally. Companies are able to engage talent as contractors and process payments for their services quickly and reliably.
Excellent experience for contractors
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is just excellent, super simple to use. On top of that, there's a lot of integrations to withdraw money and perks that makes the experience unique.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently we experienced some delays in our payments. My employer managed to solve it with Deel, but it's already been a couple of times that ithappened.

Being able to be contracted and paid overseas. I'm a peruvian citizen and was hired by a canadian company.

What do you like best about the product?
The low fee on bank transfers, and the high exchange rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I transfer to my bank, it would sometimes take hours for it to reflect on my bank.

Deel is providing transactions that has low fees, which has an impact on my savings. I used to transact with Paypal and the fees is massive, the exchange rate is also low.
