Overall, my experience with Deel has been positive, and I have no major complaints

I appreciate the platform's ease of use and the automated payment process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Locating and using the "submit invoice" feature is not intuitive; I have to make an effort to find it and remember the process every month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing and submitting invoices to an international client.
Comprehensive Management Tools
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is a complete solution with several useful tools for managing my routine, from detailed visualization of bureaucratic aspects/registration to transparent and in-depth reports on transfers and payments, as well as auxiliary tools for managing time off and other requests. It is very flexible and this also depends on the company to use the tools and integrate to their workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fees of transactions may vary a lot depending on the transaction value, and this is not necessarily clearly warned to the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to receive money from my services provided to abroad companies.
Fast Transfers and Easy Organization, But Fees Are High

Easy and fast transfer to a bank account, easy money organization. It is easy using the phone app.

The high fees for the bank account transfers.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Deel incredibly easy to use, with its user experience being designed for simplicity and efficiency. Setting it up was a breeze, making it immediately accessible. I love how the recent addition of the work submission and bonus submission tabs on the homepage has significantly streamlined processes, allowing me to complete submissions in less than a minute. This convenience contributes to its efficiency, which is essential for my payroll tasks and other submissions, saving me a lot of time. I also value that Deel is continually striving to enhance their platform, which indicates their commitment to user experience. Overall, Deel’s ease of use and effective design makes my workflow smooth and efficient, and these aspects alone would make me want to use the tool again. I’m definitely giving it a 10 out of 10 for recommendation.

I sometimes find the loading speed of Deel to be problematic. It occasionally takes what feels like forever to load.

I find Deel makes payroll submission much easier and time-saving, enhancing efficiency. The new work and bonus submission tabs enable me to complete tasks quickly, improving workflow.
Instant Access to Funds, But Transfers Could Be Faster

My money is available as soon as it arrives, and if you want, you can also get a Deel card.

Transferring funds to my personal account in my country takes too much time. I wish the process was faster.

The instant transfer feature is great—now, as soon as my employer sends the money, it is immediately deposited into my preferred account.

Their customer support team is responsive and helpful, always ready to assist whenever I have a question or need clarification. I use Deel regularly to check my payments, view contracts, and download invoices, and it’s been reliable every time. The platform offers all the essential features an employee needs, keeping everything organized in one place. It also integrates well with the company’s existing systems, making the overall experience seamless and efficient.

I believe there is still potential to make the platform even more user-friendly. For instance, having more personalized dashboards or offering more detailed insights into payments and contracts would be beneficial. Deel already excels at simplifying global work, so these small improvements could make the overall experience even smoother.

Deel is solving a lot of problems related to payroll and compliance, especially for people working with international companies. It takes care of salary payments automatically, making sure they’re accurate, on time, and in my local currency, which removes the usual hassle of dealing with exchange rates or delays. It also provides clear and downloadable salary slips, which makes it easy to keep track of my earnings and deductions. Another big benefit is how Deel simplifies tax-related tasks like ITR filing — all the necessary documents are organized and easily accessible, so I don’t have to chase down payment details or worry about missing information. Overall, Deel makes the whole payroll and tax process stress-free and transparent.

Its easy to understand and use. The app design its pretty good.

Maybe the time that it takes to make the transfer to my bank account.

Deel has introduced the option to use a virtual card in various countries, which allows me to focus on managing my trip using only Deel.
