In Argentina, it is difficult to receive payments from abroad and Deel makes the process easier.
Fast, Simple, and Incredibly Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's quick and easy to understand, making it both simple and fast to use. I also find that the customer service is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not satisfied with the withdrawal methods using crypto wallets, as the fees are quite high. The rates have become more expensive, and compared to previous months, the processing time has increased as well. Ideally, withdrawals should be completed within 10 minutes, but now it takes longer.

It’s very easy to use and sending money is a quick and simple process.

Sometimes it can be a little bit difficult to find specific things in the app version, like invoices.

I’ve been working with Deel for two years and so far I haven’t found anything that I dislike. Their team is very attentive.

What do you like best about the product?
It transfers payments to my bank account instantly and uses the current market exchange rate.

All good so far. No complaints at all. It's friendly and easy to use and navigate.

Easy to Set Up, But Limited in Withdrawal Options
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Deel offers a significant variety of withdrawal options, which I find pleasant and useful for the user. This is an interesting advantage because it allows choosing different methods to withdraw funds. Although I am waiting for improvements like the inclusion of Blockchain, I already appreciate the current flexibility that Deel offers regarding these financial tools. Additionally, the initial setup process was very simple thanks to an effective onboarding process provided by the company. This made my adaptation to using the platform quite smooth and uncomplicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform does not effectively solve the problem of receiving international payments. The current withdrawal options are limited and I would like them to be expanded, for example, by integrating Blockchain as a withdrawal method. I don't have clear incentives to leave the money in Deel, unlike other fintech or wallets that offer cards, interest systems, or cashback. I feel that the product would need significant changes to be considered more useful or attractive, which is complicated under its current operation.
