Ease of Use and Reliability in International Payments
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use of Deel. The setup process is super simple and hassle-free, which was a great advantage to get started. Deel efficiently solves my need to receive salaries from abroad and offers me the ease of making transfers to the local bank in my country. Another feature I value highly is the ability to know exactly when I will receive my salary and what the amount will be. Additionally, the credit cards, both virtual and physical, are features I find very useful. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service, to the point that I would rate my likelihood of recommending it as a 9 out of 10, which reflects a positive experience and full confidence in its benefits.

Solve the management of international salaries and facilitate transfers to the local bank, which speeds up my payments.
Instant Payments and Flexible Cards
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy is to receive payments with the Deel cards. I like that you have both options, physical and virtual cards. Your money is instantly ready, before this you had to use a withdrawal method that had a fee or took some time
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that with my cards I cannot use them to recharge money in some financial apps. I can understand why, but it would be nice to have at least a max limit instead of not allowing to use the card at all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving how international payments are made. The old way before using Deel in my company, they would deposit from a US entity to a Salvadoran bank, which we know they charge huge fees for almost everything. Deel removes this

I’d love to see better currency conversion rates or more local payout options in some countries. But overall, the experience is great

Make the best of your money
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Deel for Latam contractors is that you can move the money to different platforms in the amounts you need and as a Latam contractor this helps me a lot becausue sometimes I use Paypal and Payoneer, and other times I just need my money in crypto or keep it in the debit card

They used to have a direct payment to binance, but now it's just a third party service so it's almost the same

Easy invoices and easy to add expenses or changes on the contract

There are taxes applied to every withdrawal. I would prefer if this responsibility fell to the contractor instead of me.

Receiving payments from abroad has been my main use for this service.
Clear and Hassle-Free Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Clear. No issues. I'm using it more than a year as employee without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing. Having issues with getting card. I'm living in Croatia under temporary protection and it's complicated to get cart with current official permission documents.

I'm an employee and I don't know which problem Deel solves for my boss.
Fast Payments and Low Fees, But Duplicate Emails Can Be Annoying
What do you like best about the product?
They provide fast service. I receive my payment within a day once I am notified that it has been sent out. I also like that there is very little service fee.

I don't like it when they sometimes send duplicate emails.

Deel is solving the problem of international wires that can take weeks. It is also benefiting me by managing two of my payment sources in the same place.
