Smooth Withdrawals and User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The withdrawal process in Deel is smooth, and the user interface is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I have no complaints about Deel and haven't found anything to dislike. The only suggestion I have is that the Deel Advance repayment amount should be clearly visible at the time of withdrawal.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting paid through Deel is smooth and transparent with flexible withdrawal options and no hidden fees.
What do you dislike about the product?
The currency conversion rates and small fees can add up especially when withdrawing frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes it easy to work with clients internationally by handling contracts, payments, and compliance all in one place. It saves me a lot of time and stress and I never have to worry about getting paid on time or dealing with complicated paperwork.
Fast Payments and Easy Transfers, But Transaction Updates Lag
What do you like best about the product?
As a service contractor from the Philippines, Deel has made it super easy for me to get paid on time even if my employer is from the US. As I receive my pay in the platform and setup my auto-debit transfer to my local bank account for a minimum fee, my pay is available in less than 5 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delay of transaction updates showing on the platform. In the platform, it still shows in progress when in fact the transaction has already been completed.

Quick, efficient, clean interface of apps, great features, ease of integration.

Doesn't let the users keep money in it for long, which sometimes is counter productive

What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility it has to connect different types of withdrawals and the speed with which the withdrawals reach my bank account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would think it's my phone, but I've noticed that the app takes a long time to load, the Mobile app, and sometimes it's hard to enter, again I don't experience this on the web, but I do on the Mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a consultant, DeeL has helped me to be able to charge companies when I see the service, that has made the process much simpler.
Practical and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
How practical it is. Also all documents are easily available when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can't really tell the status of the payment. It's rare but it does get confusing sometimes.

It solves the need to invoice my clients and to establish contract models.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy withdrawal and Deel Advance. Linking my accounts are easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it disappointing that the withdrawal fee is almost 6 USD. I get that they changed it but before. there’s no fee and it’s very convenient and I am thankful for Deel.

Easy payment from employers as it does not require a complicated process and sign up for the users.

There is nothing to complain about; everything functions exactly as it should.

Transferring funds from USD to PHP in real time is a convenient feature.
Fast International Transfers, But Lower Conversion Rates
What do you like best about the product?
The conversion rates are noticeably lower than those offered by other payroll systems. And it transfers to my international account are processed very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not exactly a complaint, but I think the payment tracking information could be removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my opinion, the standout feature is how quickly payments are posted to international banks compared to other payroll systems. Receiving payments from your employer as soon as possible is a significant advantage.
