Flexible Withdrawal Options, Looking Forward to More Features
What do you like best about the product?
There is a good variety of withdrawal options available, including both local withdrawal methods and the ability to use crypto. This flexibility makes it convenient to choose the method that best suits your needs.

This is not a dislike haha. It’s a feature I’ve been looking forward to. I have been expecting a functionality that allows me to lock in defined amount of my pay in the app for a specified period of time

How easy it is to integrate to my local banks and how fast it's able to process the money movement.

Deel Advance Convenience
What do you like best about the product?
There is Deel Advance where you can directly borrow from the platform itself which is convenient, especially if you have an unexpected bills or financial obligations to pay. You don't have to wait anymore on your payday and you can already enjoy the benefit of receiving the money without feeling worried,. The fee is just fine. I like how it has automatic payment set-up. Moreover, I like their custom service. Chat agents are very helpful in terms of raising your concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site is very laggy, plus deel advance is inconsistent. Sometimes client's pay takes slowly before it's fully reflected in their system. You cannot utilize Deel Advance if the client's payment has not yet reflected in the system despite the client pays on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payroll advance. Deel advance helps me manage my finances better.

What I like best about Deel is how convenient it is. Everything from onboarding to getting paid feels smooth and hassle-free. I especially appreciate the salary advance feature—it’s a huge help when unexpected expenses come up. Having that kind of flexibility makes me feel more secure and supported
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most about the Deel app is how even minor delays in contractor payments can impact eligibility for the Deel Advance feature. I experienced two brief delays—each less than a week—despite payments being consistently bi-weekly overall. Unfortunately, those temporary issues impacted my access to the salary advance, which I hope can be reconsidered in future updates to make the system more flexible for users facing occasional disruptions, especially if it was settled within a week.

Using the Deel app has been a smooth and empowering experience. From onboarding to payments, everything feels streamlined and reliable. The interface is user-friendly, and having access to features like salary advance adds a real sense of financial flexibility. It’s reassuring to know I can manage my work and earnings with ease, all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Transferring money to local banks — even to multiple ones all at the same time with breakdown to certain percentage — is quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
When payment issues come up with a client or company you’re contracted with, Deel support usually just advises you to contact them directly or check for problems with their payment method, instead of helping ensure you get paid on time.

Deel makes invoicing simple and makes it easy to transfer money to local banks.

It's simple to keep track of transactions, and the interface is very user-friendly.

Notifications are delayed whenever there is a problem with a transaction on the bank's end.

What do you like best about the product?
It has easy-to-use features that help employees / contractors to handle payment issues with the employers / clients, such as submitting number of work hours, generating accounting documents for invoices and expenses etc.

There are quite a number of features, thus it can become a bit difficult to navigate around.
