It was a bit confusing when I created a new account, especially figuring out where to upload and add the paperwork.

The processing time it takes to get the money to each individual could be improved.

Easy Automatic Transfers, But Some U.S. Paperwork to Handle
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily receive your payment and transfer it to your main local account without too much hassle. You just need to set it up once and then wait for the automatic transfer. With that in place, you don’t have to keep coming back to the app to transfer funds manually, which is a really good point.
What do you dislike about the product?
You’ll need to handle some forms and other bureaucratic requirements related to U.S. legislation.

Receiving money from an USA company and transferring to a brazilian account, allowing me to work remotely for a company on the other side of the continent.

Occasionally, some features take time to find, and the interface could be a bit more intuitive in certain sections, but overall the experience is positive.

Deel Payroll solves the challenge of getting paid when working with an international company. It takes care of things like taxes, compliance, and currency conversion, which can otherwise be confusing and stressful. For me, this means I get paid accurately and on time without having to worry about paperwork or legal details, and I can focus fully on my work

As employee, I like having a choice of options I can use to withdraw my options and therefore more flexibility.
Finance receipt and withdrawal are relatively fast, but I think it is more comfortable for an employer in the first place.

What do you dislike about the product?
Verification problems - it refused to accept my national passport - that is the biggest peeve! I had to use a foreign passport but not sure it is a long-term option and how to proceed further. Also somewhat limited choice of bank accounts/payment systems depending on the currency (for certain currencies some payment systems/banks are available, and if I change the currency - they are not available).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it does not solve much problems but rather gives me a flexibility where to put my finances first.
