Transparent and Simple, Though App Login Could Be Faster
What do you like best about the product?
Everything has been very transparent and simple. I also appreciate the option of having the Deel card.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logging in to the app is a bit slow. Sometimes I have to enter my biometrics a couple of times to sign in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Deel has helped with the elevated fees associated with international wires and other platforms. With Deel, receiving payroll from my employer is quick and a lot cheaper than in the past.
User-Friendly and Effective, Though Occasionally Laggy
What do you like best about the product?
How straightforward it is to use, nice layout, perfect solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s can be a bit laggy at times and it takes some time to open up.

I can work for a company overseas and get paid without any further complications

I receive money sent from USA to Colombia and it’s very easy to send this money to my bank accounts in my country

I like how intuitive and easy it is to use. Additionally, its functions for making payments are pleasant, and the commission they charge is not very high.

Until today, I haven't found anything I don't like.

What do you like best about the product?
They are very responsive to questions, and always keep me updated about my money. Also very easy to use.

I get paid by my employer through Deel. They are always on time and I appreciate that
Effortless Payments, Flexible Withdrawals, and Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
Deel's money transfers are super fast to my bank account. I also like that there are easy withdrawal options and switching between them is easy, no long forms or questions to be answered. The Visa card is awesome for one of life's mishaps and you need to access money quickly. Their support team are friendly and helpful and the onboarding experience was efficient and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fees passed on to users for transfers or withdrawals. The previous intermediary didn't charge me for an international transfer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Deel mainly serves as a payment intermediary, which is really all I need from it. The money always arrives when they say it will, and often even earlier, which I appreciate. I can't speak to any of the other features or aspects, as I haven't used them.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how simple Deel is to use, which makes it an integral tool for my work. Notifications and the ability to log in on my mobile device enhance its accessibility and ease of use. The connection with my business card makes reimbursements effortless, significantly simplifying my financial processes. I appreciate the straightforward and user-friendly interface of Deel, which makes tasks less cumbersome. Also, the setup process, despite involving a few necessary security steps, was ultimately very simple. The reimbursement process is another highlight. Being able to receive instant reimbursements once receipts are uploaded is exceedingly helpful and smooths the entire process. The familiarity and ease of use with Deel keep it a preferred tool, and I find myself being satisfied with its current setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of Deel is a concern for me. If it significantly increases, I would consider switching to another provider. Keeping the cost competitive is crucial for my decision to continue using it.

Deel simplifies my payment process by allowing easy reimbursements, invoice handling, and receipt uploads. It provides easy access through mobile and integrates well with my business card, making financial management straightforward and user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Deel is the level of detail in the invoices and expenses, how easy it is to transfer money to my country with the automated process, the intuitive interface, and the fact that Deel’s transfer fees are among the lowest in the market.

Nothing major — my experience with Deel has been very positive overall.

Deel makes it really easy to get paid from companies abroad. I don’t have to worry about complex transfers or hidden fees — everything is automated and reliable.
Effortless Contract Management with Automatic Adjustments
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use. I like how it automatically adjusts the contracts, start/end dates, adjustments, and calculates the payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent changes to the interface, but over time, they are overcome and adapted to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have always used Hofy for laptop rental, and now with the acquisition by Deel, I see it as a major upgrade to the platform.
