Would recommend for both contractors and employers
What do you like best about the product?
It's convenient and easy to navigate. I also like the user tutorial videos available on the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there is no downside. I am satisfied with the services and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helpful since I am working from a different country other than my company. With Deel, I can choose another currency and deposit my payment easily.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s so easy to use and user friendly. I can access it from my phone anytime. It’s so secure that no one can access it apart from me because of the authentication function. I also love the convenient deel card.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. I love Deel and there is nothing I dislike at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had an issue with a transaction that had been declining even though I had the funds and the deel help desk was so prompt in letting me know the reason.

It’s been very helpful, and adding the online card to Apple Wallet has been the best part.

There’s nothing I dislike about how it feels. Everything has been good so far.

It solves payroll for a U.S. company and ensures employees in Colombia are paid on time.

It’s very intuitive and fast, and it’s also easy to use even for people who aren’t in accounting 😅.

Maybe the first part, when you start and have to fill out the documents.

It’s easy to find information because it’s broken down into clear, digestible sections. The interface is clean, and the soft color palette makes it easier on the eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to customize the order of the tabs at the top of the page. Sometimes the main screen loads slowly, and I just want to jump straight to the pay cycles.

It’s great to receive an itemized invoice for my services, and it helps me make sure all of my documentation stays organized.

The only thing I dislike about Deel Payroll is that sometimes the app becomes unresponsive, and I can’t click some of the icons. I have to close the app and reopen it for it to work properly again.
