Instant card transfer, a withdrawal method nowadays hard to find.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Deel is its convenient and most desirable payment method -- instant card transfer, so you can withdraw your money instantly on your card, which feature is rare with other platforms. Other advantages include smart and neat design, various features and sections with important information. This is the only payment platform that I'm fully satisfied with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any shortcomings or downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a freelancer, I find it hard to withdraw money through bank transfer or other platform like Payoneer. Deel has solved this matter by providing a very low-fee instant card transfer method.

Unmatched Reliability—Three Years Without a Single Issue
What do you like best about the product?
I believe what I like most about Deel is the reliability of it. I've never had a delayed payment or any issues in over 3 years using the service. Even when answering simple questions, customer support was excellent. I receive my payments instantly, without hassle or red tape, and I'm always up to date with my documents and tax forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The discontinuation of the early withdrawal feature was a bit of a setback for me, but apart from that, there's not much else to dislike about the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel handles my client's payments quickly and without bureaucracy or hidden fees, while also making it very straightforward to organize the necessary documents and tax forms. The initial setup was extremely easy and quick, and the instant withdrawal options for various payment services are excellent and work perfectly for me. As I mentioned before, reliability was key for me, as I never had any issues using the app, while some of my coworkers who used other services did.

What do you like best about the product?
the layout is super friendly user. This is my first time using Deel to receive my payments, and it’s very intuitive, I got used to it really fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I dislike, but maybe a suggestion: Being able to withdraw money from ATMs

Payment accuracy: For most contractors in my countries, getting their payment on time is a challenge. With Deel, the payment arrives way before the time frame that the app gives.
A great service and a friendly user interface for any HR and employee
What do you like best about the product?
There have been several notable improvements, such as the redesigned homepage for new hires, which now includes custom contractor checklists, and the optimized mobile timesheet. The new templates and Quick Mode in Workflow Builder are excellent additions that help standardize processes. Additionally, IT task automation during worker creation and updated integrations with BambooHR and Workday DCoD have enhanced the overall experience. The redesigned Quick Actions widget now provides immediate, visual access to key functions like submitting time off or uploading expenses, making navigation much easier. Customer support has been very good, responding quickly and efficiently, even though I haven't needed their services often. The interface is very user-friendly and easy to use, continually improving and ideal for frequent use on both mobile and desktop devices. Overall, everything has been enhanced, making the initial implementation process much less confusing and significantly faster.

Some users report that the pricing aren't immediately transparent on the website;
Users often express frustration over high fees associated with international money transfers, currency exchange markups, and withdrawal costs. Offering more competitive or tiered fee structures, especially for freelancers accessing their own funds, could be a better solution;

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to monitor every detail before, during, and after each company payment. The fees are fair, and I find the virtual card especially useful—it’s both convenient and free to use.

I honestly don’t have any complaints. Having tried other platforms in the past, I can say that Deel stands out as the best option for freelancers among those I’ve used.

Deel streamlines the entire payment process for me, starting with contract setup and continuing through to post-payment tracking. It saves me time, provides transparency, and charges reasonable fees. I also appreciate the virtual card, which allows me to access my funds easily and without additional charges.

The website is easy to use, and whenever I need assistance, the support team responds quickly. I also find their transaction rates to be fair.

I am unable to make transactions to accounts that are not registered in my name.
