Deel Makes International Payments Easy, But Withdrawal Options Can Be Unpredictable
What do you like best about the product?
Living in Argentina, I find that Deel simplifies receiving payments from abroad. It has always been challenging for clients to make direct deposits to local bank accounts, especially when paying in USD. Deel offers several withdrawal options, along with a digital card that can be used for both online and in-store purchases.
Regarding Customer Support, I must say all my doubts and claims have been successfully solved after reaching out to them.

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform tends to be inconsistent with its withdrawal options, sometimes disabling a particular withdrawal method for a month and then re-enabling it later. This inconsistency makes withdrawing funds a tedious process, as it forces you to examine the details of the remaining options, including their fees, delivery times, and other specifics.
Regarding ease of use, the app would certainly benefit of faster response and loading times, though they have improved a lot already.

Deel offers a platform that enables companies to manage their contractors' contracts, salaries, expenses, holidays, and more. Additionally, it facilitates fast international payments for contractors employed by companies based overseas.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Deel's effortless setup process, which was clear and uncomplicated, allowing me to set up every part quickly and without challenges. I value the ease of accessing my money, as payments are always on time and within the promised time frames, often arriving before the expected date, which provides me with a great sense of reliability. The platform's responsiveness and intuitive interface make it easy to navigate and use. I find withdrawing money extremely straightforward and appreciate the almost instant transfers to my account. I am particularly pleased with the consistent resolution of any issues by my administrator, who helps ensure my experience remains smooth. Deel's responsiveness and feedback mechanisms add to my satisfaction with the service. Overall, these features make Deel extremely effective for my payroll needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the time frame for money withdrawals inconsistent, as it sometimes takes longer than expected even though the money often arrives quite quickly. I would like more accurate predictions. Additionally, I am dissatisfied with the exchange rates offered by Deel, which seem to be lower than market rates.

I receive timely payroll and can access my money anytime, resolving any issues promptly.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy and intuitive Deel is to use. Everything from contracts to payments is super clear and well-organized, which saves a lot of time and avoids confusion. I also love that payments are always on time and that I can choose different payout methods—it gives a lot of flexibility and peace of mind. Overall, it feels like Deel really cares about making things smooth for both companies and freelancers.

Honestly, I haven’t had any issues so far. Everything has worked smoothly for me, and the experience has been really positive overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes it so much easier to get paid internationally. I no longer have to deal with invoicing or handling payments through my home country, which saves me a lot of time and paperwork. It’s a much more convenient and efficient way to get paid for my work.

Deel provides excellent services and perks. I feel like they are truly on my side, almost like having an HR team made up of genuinely kind people.

I haven't encountered any issues or dislikes with Deel so far. All the services and support they've provided have met my expectations. While I do have some ideas for potential improvements—such as allowing users to manage contracts with multiple clients in one place, and possibly offering lower fees based on what clients pay—these are just wishes for the future.

Reliable Transfers and Timely Payments, But Fees Feel High

The auto transfer option they have, the payments always arrive on time and it seems safe, it´s easy to use and you can link all the companies you are working for, I´ve never use costumer services so far, so I do not know how it works

The fees, 11 or 10 dolar for 400 dolars or more, it seems a little elevated for me

The login session usually doesn't last that much on the browser, so I need to keep login and login

For first-time users, the range of features and compliance terminology can be a bit overwhelming without some onboarding guidance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving the complex challenges of hiring, paying, and managing international talent—especially around legal compliance, tax documentation, and local labor laws. Before Deel, managing remote contractors or employees in different countries required navigating a patchwork of legal and financial systems, which was time-consuming and risky. Now, with Deel, everything is handled in one secure platform—contracts, payments, tax forms, and local compliance—saving us countless hours and reducing legal exposure. This has allowed us to scale our team globally with confidence and focus more on growing the business instead of dealing with administrative headaches.
