Convenient VISA Payments, But Cash Withdrawals Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to use my VISA card as an alternative payment method.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could withdraw funds using my card. Withdrawing cash through my local bank is too expensive.

It’s a great tool for managing personal finances and banking information.
Effortless Payments and Responsive Support, but High Fees
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Deel’s detailed user interface and guides that make the setup process seamless and easy to use. The ability to access part of my paycheck early through the Deel advance feature is an added advantage, helping in financial management. I also like how Deel allows for direct linking to my bank accounts and offers a variety of payment processing options, effectively serving as a store of value and providing access to money when needed. The software is easy to use, very safe, and I am impressed by the high responsiveness of the customer support. Overall, these features collectively make my experience with Deel very positive and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the $20 fee is quite high. It feels like an Achilles' heel of the service, and lowering it would make the experience more wholesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Deel to receive client payments and access paychecks before maturity, benefiting my financial a management with advance features and ease of use thanks to a detailed interface.
Solid Tool, Just Needs Tweaking!
What do you like best about the product?
Deel has made it really easy to aggregate and track my hours for reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of how I can’t really format my descriptions. The log of my hours/breakdown ends up as a huge chunk of text. Moreover, the 2FA, while appreciated, is kind of overkill when I have to do it like every time I log in…
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes it pretty easy to log my hours for reporting. It gets that job done well.
Seamless International Payments, Intuitive Platform, and Outstanding Support with Deel.
What do you like best about the product?
My name is Enorldy, I am an interpreter. I have been using Deel for the past 5 months to receive payments, and it has completely changed the way I received my international transfers. One of the things I like the most about Deel is the low fee of $5 for every transfer. I use Deel biweekly to receive payments. The process is seamless, and I don't have to worry about currency conversion. The platform is intuitive, it did not take me long to get onboard and setup. Whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, Deel’s support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful, which made the transition much smoother. I've used other payroll platforms in the past, but Deel’s ability to manage payments across borders really sets it apart. One small thing I wish Deel had is a more robust reporting dashboard, but overall, it’s been a great experience. Integrating Deel into our workflow was a breeze. I highly recommend Deel to anyone managing remote teams or freelancers globally. It’s streamlined our entire process, and I can't imagine going back to how we used to handle payments and contracts.

I just wish Deel had more advanced reporting tools to help with financial analysis and projections.

What I love most is how simple Deel makes paying contractors in different currencies. The payment process is seamless, and I no longer have to worry about currency conversion or local tax regulations. Deel automates everything, saving us a ton of time.
Outstanding Service and Support, But Limited Withdrawal Options
What do you like best about the product?
The service itself is excellent and working with the contractor is straightforward. What stands out most is the customer service. I have encountered a few issues with transactions, but the support team has always responded quickly and consistently. Even when a problem was resolved before the fraud team completed their investigation, it was clear they were committed to helping me find a solution. I appreciated being able to contribute information to the investigation, and my input was always considered. Any questions I had were answered within 24 hours. Additionally, making payments or purchases is hassle-free, and withdrawals are processed quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may not be possible, but the one feature I really wish for is the ability to add someone else's name so they can receive withdrawals on my behalf. Since Paypal takes a significant portion and is currently the only available withdrawal method to send to someone else, having this option would be extremely helpful. Even allowing just one trusted third-party account would make a big difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the opportunity to earn a better salary while being able to move between Mexico and Colombia, without risking any loss of income, is very important to me.
Great Security for Withdrawals, But Limited Bank Options

I appreciate the security measures in place when I need to withdraw my money, as well as how easy the platform is to use.

Not every bank, such as NU, is supported for withdrawals.

This service offers some of the quickest ways to send money, and the fees are lower compared to others. I appreciate how efficient and cost-effective it is.

I truly appreciate Deel for the quick money transfer to my bank account, which satisfies my need for efficiency and reliability—the money arrives almost immediately. Another major aspect I like is the low fees associated with transfers, making it a cost-effective option compared to other platforms I’ve used. The user-friendly setup surprised me with how easy and straightforward it was to use; this greatly enhanced my overall experience and usability. Additionally, the feature to transfer money directly to a physical card is both innovative and fast, which I find exceptionally useful in my workflow.

I would like to see even lower fees from Deel. Although I appreciate that the fees are lower compared to other platforms, further reduction would make it even more attractive.

What I like best about Deel is how seamless and reliable the payroll process is. Payments are always on time, and I can easily track everything from one platform without worrying about international transfer issues

Even been posible to send money by PIX in Brazilian reais, the conversion rate is terrible, so I need to use other plataform to convert the money
