Deel Card Makes Online Shopping Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Deel for me is the Deel Card, it has a very easy user interface and with this implementation, I can make purchases while reducing the shipping times for my purchases. Also the ease of integration with several banking systems makes it much easier to transfer my funds between different banks. Last but not least, customer service was fast and efficient whenever I needed it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am dissatisfied with the mobile app's poor optimization and lack of responsiveness, as these issues make me use it less often when I only have my smartphone available. This drastically reduces the frequency of use when I am away from home.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps me keep track of my paychecks, making it easier to request adjustments from my company whenever necessary.

Deel is a super user friendly software, and I really like the automatic withdrawal option. I didn't have any problems, yet

The loading times of the app sometimes could be a bit better. It's a bit slow now and then

I am receiving money in Europe from the United States, the money is transferred to my Deel account seamlessly, and then converted and sent further to my euro account

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is the simplicity. Since I started using Deel, it has become much easier to handle all HR matters between the company and contractors.

Probably the new UI , before it was easier to fulfill the time and check the payments

Managing contractors has become much easier for me, especially when it comes to handling contracts and payments. In my previous experience before using Deel, everything was managed through emails, which made it difficult to locate specific information. Now, with Deel, everything is organized in one place, making the whole process much more convenient.

Efficient, User-Friendly Tool for Managing Payroll and Transfers
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how well-organized the entire page is. It allows me to efficiently manage various aspects, making it much simpler to keep track of things like payroll and vacation days. As a Latino worker in the United States, I also find it helpful for managing how I send money, since it lets me choose between different methods and select the most affordable and quickest options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I haven't found anything I dislike about it. Even the security features for accounts are well managed, with two-factor authentication in place. I've never had the need to contact support, either, as the website is very intuitive and you can manage your entire account yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What I appreciate most is the ability to personally handle payroll transfers between two different countries. Having the option to select the transfer method gives me the flexibility to find the most cost-effective and quickest solution available.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Deel is that I can see how many days are left until my payment, and if I need money right away, it allows me to request a small advance to cover my expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, when I was trying to create my account using my company’s contract, it was a bit difficult to understand which options I needed to select. But I contacted my company and was able to resolve it efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps me receive my monthly payments without needing to be in the United States. It allows me to get paid from Colombia each month and then makes it easy to transfer my money to my bank in my country.
Easy and Reliable Monthly Payments for Employees
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how simple it is to receive my payments through Deel. No matter where I am, I can get paid in USD, and the process is consistently smooth. It also serves as a convenient way for me to save money. Withdrawals are quick, and the fees are reasonable when compared to other platforms.
I also value the sense of security Deel offers, as contracts are honored and everything feels transparent and professional. Overall, I truly enjoy using Deel.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find it inconvenient that I can't use my Deel balance directly on other platforms, which means I always have to transfer the funds to my bank account first. Additionally, the referral program is limited to companies, and I wish there were an option to refer other freelancers or individuals to Deel. I would really like to be able to make more personal use of the platform.

Receiving payments directly into my bank account usually comes with high fees. With Deel, however, they receive the payment for me, and I can withdraw any amount at any time for a single, low fee.

It's pretty easy to use, intuitive and very easy to navigate as well

Sometimes it takes a bit to sign up when you have long ocontracts, but nothing to difficult or unbearable

It makes easy to work with international clients and setting up contracts. Payments are really fast and easy to make/receive.

Money comes in on time each time and I get notified once I am paid by my employer

The fee to move the money to my card is very high compared to other platforms
