Convenient to use, but UI changes can be frustrating
What do you like best about the product?
Variety of withdrawal methods, direct output to Neo-banks (wise,revolut). Option to purchase crypto directly from deel. Quick customer support when needed is a plus

Complex UI, features are often moved which requires time time find and adapt. Time tracking should be easily available

It is easy to use and intuitive, the interface is user-friendly.

The commissions are very high, and the exchange rates are unclear when withdrawing.

I don't see any problem besides the commissions that don't benefit me.

At least from where I'm coming from Nicaragua. they deleted some options to withdraw the money locally and now I have to do swift transfers that the cost are super higher.

They once implementing the option of withdrawing locally in Nicaragua but unfortunately that option was disabled, they sent an email saying that they are going to work on that to have it enable it again in Nicaragua

What do you like best about the product?
For me, I primarily use it for finance, which means I tend to use it on a monthly basis. I appreciate that it offers several options for obtaining local funding. The recent addition that allows me to see which payment method saves the most money is also a welcome improvement.
Though the question is about best, I think I can also add that the onboarding was great, customer support was very helpful towards verifying my account.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times, using the app can feel sluggish, whether I'm signing in or trying to access financial features. This occasional slowness can be quite frustrating.

I've been using the cross-border payment feature, and so far, everything has been going well.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Deel incredibly straightforward and easy to use, which makes receiving payments a breeze. The setup process was really streamlined, eliminating any initial confusion or difficulty. I appreciate that Deel facilitates the receipt of US dollars directly and offers cost benefits, such as cheaper transaction options compared to other platforms. The simple and efficient withdrawal process, where I simply click to withdraw after adding an account, is another feature that stands out to me. Overall, Deel's seamless functionality and efficiency cater perfectly to my needs, enabling me to continue using the platform confidently even as I transition to a different company that also utilizes Deel.

Excellent Financial Organization and Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The interface of the platform is very good to keep myself financially organized. I like to know when I'm receiving and how much before it is happening. Also, it is good to find the contracts and everything in just one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not thought about anything I dislike. I never used the option to get the money faster than the current withdrawal timeframe, so I would not be able to disclose about that, but I see that there are some taxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't know about the problems, but I like the platform communication, for example: receiving the email confirming the amount that is being sent to my account. Or even when the payer has accepted the amount that is going to be sent to my account.

What I value most about Deel is how straightforward it is for users, yet it still manages to provide thorough support for all our needs as contractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find disappointing about Deel is the lack of commitment from their customer service support. The time it takes to resolve issues is excessively long, and their support team does not seem to take full ownership of client concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem thar Deel is solving it’s the payment mechanism for contractors, and that benefits me because I’m an independent contractor.
