Perks, and it’s not expensive to have my money in COP

I’d like for Deel to have more perks that are useful in my country

Payroll of course, I’m being paid from the US while working in Colombia, thanks to that I’m paying my tuition
Flawless Service and Support, but Exchange Rates Could Improve

I've been using Deel since 2023, and my experience has been absolutely flawless. I have encountered zero problems, and the support team is excellent. A fantastic service!

Although the fees are reasonable, I wish they could work on the exchange currency rates to lower them a bit more to make it more attractive

Being able to work overseas and receiving my funds locally in my local currency ultra fast

The extracts are not easy to get and download.

There’s nothing major to dislike - sometimes the dashboard could load a bit faster, but overall it’s an amazing platform.

Great Withdrawal Options, But High Fees and Limited Currency Choices

I don’t like the fees they charge to send money to your account and also don’t like that they don’t have an option to send dollars directly to you account if your in a foreign country I hate swift
