Modern Platform with Smooth Setup

Their customer service is really on top of everything

Payment and Withdrawal Delays: While some payments are fast, many users report inconsistent or lengthy processing times for bank withdrawals, particularly with SWIFT transfers, which can take several business days (sometimes 3 to 7). These delays can be frustrating, especially during financial emergencies.
Inaccurate Estimated Arrival Times (ETA): The time a payment is estimated to arrive sometimes does not match the actual arrival time, with funds often showing up later than initially indicated in the system.
High and Unclear Fees: Users mention issues with high transaction fees and a lack of clarity regarding currency conversion rates, which can be less favorable than those offered by traditional banks or other platforms.
Customer Support Issues: Although support is often praised, some users report slow response times or inconsistent help when dealing with complex, urgent issues (like payroll errors or account holds), often finding it difficult to reach a live agent by phone.

Auto-Transfer Makes Life Easier—Grew to Love Its Convenience
What do you like best about the product?
I love the auto-transfer option. Once the salary goes into Deel Account, you have the option to schedule an auto-transfer to your local bank account. It makes the process seamless and convenient.
I also love the availability of Customer Service. They are willing to go beyond the extra mile just to assist. Queries are being attended in a very timely manner.

I initially had second thoughts about it but as months go by, I find it more convenient now compared to all platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the onset, since we were all very new to the platform, we were getting ourselves familiarized with the features. But all worries were instantly gone because of the availability of customer support.
Great for Contracts and Signatures, But Login Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can sign and create contract and invoices within an app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Login needs to be more seamless for me at least. I find it difficult to add more clients. Since I have multiple clients.

Effortless Multi-Currency Payroll, But Login Process Is Slow
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to control my payroll even with different currencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes forever to login with all the authentication. I understand it serves a purpose for security but oh boy does it take a minute.

Deel is solving multi-country payments and allows me to nominate my bank account of choice to receive the funds.

Deel make everything clear when it comes to paying, the app is super useful and helps me keep track of my income

The only thing that is annoying is when there is a fee on payments. Other than that there isn’t much to dislike
