Easy and Fast
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is organized, and the platform always sends you a notification if you need to check something.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I save my account on my tablet, it doesn't save the username correctly, so I have to search in my email for the username to be able to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have all necessesary to hire someone. IN the same platform sign you contract and deposite your money
Sleek New Interface with Expanded Categories
What do you like best about the product?
The new interface is very nice, with some more categories to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was always a pain to search for the next payment, it was always at the bottom of the screen, this could be at the very top.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped the company I worked for to generate my contracts and payroll
Fast Payments and Deel Card
What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides fast and simple payment solutions for freelancers, and I also appreciate the convenience of having the Deel card as an additional option.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to use it as a wallet in my country.

Deel simplifies international payments and contract management, so I can focus on development instead of admin or legal tasks
Reliable Payment Processing with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I experience issues with the app loading time. Despite using high-end devices, the app sometimes gets stuck or keeps loading for several minutes, which is frustrating. Improving the loading time would significantly enhance the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel automates invoicing and payment follow-ups, saving me time and ensuring I receive payments promptly without needing to chase my employer.
Great for its purpose
What do you like best about the product?
I think the process of signing the contract was simple and streamlined, the app i would say is intuitive and easy to use, i like the detailed withdrawal methods explanation and details, overall i think its great for its purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didnt like having to verify my information with my phone as i prefer the whole process being doable on a computer device also i would like if the deel card was supported on more sites and had more benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting paid easily from a the US to a foreign country, and easily moving my funds to my available withdrawal methods.
The new mobile app update is actually good.

While I think Deel offers many strong benefits (especially for global hiring and payout flexibility), if I had to point out one thing I dislike it would be that in certain countries or payout methods the process can feel less seamless than ideal. For example, the currency conversion fees or timing of bank transfers may not always match the local expectations I’m used to (in the Philippines).
That said, I view this as a manageable gap: I always clarify ahead of time what currency I’ll be paid in, what the conversion rate will be, how many days until funds arrive, and whether there are any first-time setup delays. By doing that I mitigate the risk, and I keep working with payroll/HR contacts proactively.

In short, for me the benefit is having the nature of remote, global work combined with local execution and reliability it brings global opportunity to my location in the Philippines with the practical support and clarity I need.

Always Pays On Time—No Complaints!
What do you like best about the product?
Payments have always been on time, and I have never experienced any issues with receiving my pay. The communication is excellent, and my pay has never been delayed. I have not encountered any problems so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I would change about Deel. I find it perfect and really enjoy using it.

By processing my salary withdrawals more quickly, the experience would be improved.

Effortless Bank Transfers, No Drawbacks So Far
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of transfer to my local bank not like the first one we used when it took me two weeks because I was a first time user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have not found any upside yet.
