User-Friendly Interface with Handy Invoice Feature
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, everything is displayed where I can easily see it, and it has the Invoice option which I find really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I disliked about Deel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not own the business, I'm an employee within my company. However, I know that it's used for Payroll across several different countries.
Deel: Easy-to-use platform, automated and with excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to use Deel. The platform is very clear and guides you at every step, so you don't waste time trying to understand how it works. I also find it super useful that everything is automated, especially payments and contracts. Customer support always responds quickly and very kindly, which gives a lot of confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, everything has worked well for me. If I had to say something, maybe that some functions could have a bit more customization, but nothing serious. The experience has been very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel has helped us a lot to solve the complexity of hiring and paying people in other countries. Before, everything was very manual and we had to worry about legal issues, currencies, and contracts. Now everything is centralized and automated, which saves time and reduces errors. It also gives me peace of mind knowing that everything is handled legally and with support in case of questions.

Easy transfer of money and fast operations

That I have to open a bank account in my country to receive the money

Deel is allowing me to receive my payment for a job position
Good all round payroll platform, could use some tweaks for VAT specific issues

Removes the tracking and payments regarding everything salary which saves a lot of time and headaches!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app can be a bit confusing to use, and some tweaks so specifics like VAT and invoices might require contacting the support several times to get it sorted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being paid in my country's currency, keeping track of hours and generating invoices.
Convenient Payslip and Leave Management, but Platform Can Be Cumbersome
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Deel lets me easily view my payslips, track my leave days, and apply for leave—all in one simple platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users have found Deel's platform to be cumbersome and not intuitive, leading to a less-than-ideal user experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel gives visibility of your payment schedule, deductions, fees, and taxes. This helps you understand exactly how much you’re getting, why deductions are what they are, etc.
Smooth Payments and Intuitive Platform, but Support and Fees Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how smooth and reliable the payment process is. Getting paid on time, in my preferred currency, without any extra effort has been a big plus. The platform is very intuitive, and I like how transparent everything is — from invoices to contracts. It also gives me peace of mind knowing compliance and taxes are handled correctly in the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the support response time can be slow for specific issues, especially when it requires escalation. Also, some of the fees and exchange rates could be a bit more competitive, especially for international transfers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel removes all the complications of working with international clients — things like contracts, tax compliance, and cross-border payments. Before using Deel, getting paid from abroad could take weeks or involve high transfer fees and paperwork. Now everything is centralized, automated, and compliant, so I can focus entirely on my work instead of worrying about admin tasks or payment delays. It’s made freelancing and remote work much smoother and more reliable.

Mobile application has been wonderful which is one of the best part

None that I can think about, but yeah lower fees would be good :D

What I find most helpful about Deel is how easy it is to use. From my very first interaction with the platform, it was simple and straightforward to navigate.

I haven't had any negative experiences so far. So none

Deel helps solve a lot of business problems by keeping everything in one place. I like that it give you easy access to my contract, makes it simple to submit queries or request time off, and allows me to access my pay all from one platform.
Simple to Use, But Pay Schedule Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use. I like the app and customer service was great.

Inconsistent pay times. Too many times, my payment was late.

It made getting paid as a contractor easy.
Easy-to-Use Payment System with Helpful Support, but Unpredictable Payout Times
What do you like best about the product?
The payments system is very easy to use. The money can easily be tracked, withdrawal is allowed from multiple flexible methods. Support is very helpful. The setup process was quite easy. And I use it on monthly basis and it has easily replaced other payout methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
The payout times are inconsistent. Occasionally, withdrawals are processed within a few hours, but at other times, it can take several days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier I faced issues in receiving payment from international clients with full trust. Now I can easily trust on this platform.
