Easy team setup and payments with Deel
What do you like best about the product?
this is not a great service. i didn't love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
i mean i didn't notice anything annoying so far. all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
allowing to manage intl team of R&D specialists' payroll and contracts, and process payments.
Deel is great overall a lot of benifits. few things need to improve as I mentioned

I like 3 things in Deel which is not in other payment/contract software,
1. deel advance, on very very low interest deel offers advance for a month and even for 50 doller no extra charges as well.
2. on time payment, easy to submit our worked log
3. FREE Virtual Card for online transactions.

What do you dislike about the product?
their dashboard have some missing customizatoin, for example, I always trying to find is my hours has been submitted or not I always find my pay cycle and find if payment is pending or approved section.
I love Deel. but I recommeded It will be great if I can use it for payment gateway like wise or payoneer which allows freelancer to get payment from upwork and can withdraw in bank directly.

It’s a very user friendly app, I’ve never had any issues and my money always gets on time

Honestly, I haven’t found something that I dislike.

This service offers incredibly fast money transfers at a lower rate, and I feel very secure using it.

There are limited options for bank transfers in the Philippines.

What do you like best about the product?
How safe and trustworthy it is and also how fast it is also had good customer support has a lot of different features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its really easy to use and understand and the only thing i don't like the fact that you guys removed early payment.

It gives me the option of sending my money to different accounts different banks and also it provides me with a virtual debit card.

The Deel withdrawal system is impressively fast and straightforward to use. Your money reaches your account quickly, making the whole process very convenient.

I live internationally, so the delivery charges for obtaining the physical card were a bit high.

Deel assists me with all of my payroll needs and expense management.
Fast Transfers, But Recent Updates Cause Issues
What do you like best about the product?
The best is the quickly and easy I can transfered to my local account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The latest updates have produced some issues in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is I work some times for foreign companies, and it's complicated transfer payments to my local account. But with Dell that problem is solved.
Reliable Payments, but Deel Advance Fees Could Be Lower

I really like the fact that payment is never be late

With Deel Advance, I find that the commission fees are not particularly low.

This solution addresses the needs of international workers, and it has been very helpful to me personally. Additionally, the exchange rate is quite reasonable.

Deel makes managing international payments incredibly easy and reliable. I really appreciate how transparent the platform is with contracts, payment timelines, and currency conversions. The interface is user-friendly, support is responsive, and the ability to withdraw in different methods (like Wise or Payoneer) is a big plus.

Sometimes the withdrawal processing times can vary depending on the method or the country, which creates a bit of uncertainty. Also, the fees on certain payout methods can add up if you're not careful, and not all currencies are supported for every location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is helping solve the complex problem of managing international contracts and payments. Before, it was difficult to deal with local regulations, taxes, and currency exchange rates. Now, Deel handles all of that in one platform, which saves me time and reduces risk. It also gives me peace of mind knowing I’ll get paid securely and on time, no matter where the client is located.
