Deel experience LATAM
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciated receiving messages and updates about the status of my payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that I can't change the country setting to match the country I'm working in, as it is automatically set to my home country.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate the opportunity to work with foreign countries.
Global Payments Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Deel provides an excellent overall experience, particularly for handling payments and contracts on a global scale. The dashboard is straightforward and user-friendly, making navigation simple. My only concerns are that support response times could be quicker and the breakdown of fees could be more transparent. Despite these points, it remains a highly reliable platform that makes managing international work much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Responses tend to be slow or overly generic, especially when dealing with more complicated issues. Since each query is handled by a different agent, I often find myself having to explain the problem repeatedly.

Payment
A great platform to receive payments!
What do you like best about the product?
I find it very easy to receive payments, manage them, and link my local bank accounts for transferring money. Reviewing transactions and keeping track of my finances is also extremely convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more ways to access early payments or flexible financing plans. While the deel advance feature exists, its availability can suddenly become limited, even if you have previously used it and repaid on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receive payment in other currencies other than my local one.

What do you like best about the product?
The options for withdrawals are wide and the app is very intuitive.

In my case, maybe I dont have options for local payments.

The commissions, but I’m not sure if it’s part of the bank.

What do you like best about the product?
I found the setup process with Deel to be very easy, which was a great start. I love having my pay deposited directly into my bank account, eliminating the need for physical checks and increasing convenience. Additionally, I don't have to pay for the service, which is a significant benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the global payment system and compliance management best. Deel makes managing payments and contracts across different currencies and jurisdictions incredibly simple and reliable. I use Deel monthly to receive my salary and periodically for expense submission. The platform's core function is reliable during this monthly use cycle. As a team member, my integration experience was simple (I just signed the contract). For the company, the ability to integrate seamlessly with global banking systems is clearly a huge benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Support: While initial support responses are quick, reaching a specialist for complex contract or withdrawal issues sometimes takes longer than expected. The self-help resources could also be more robust.

It provides a unified payroll platform that handles automatic currency conversion, ensures payments are sent and received on time, and offers various withdrawal methods
Seamless payment for independent contractors
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Deel made the onboarding and contract creation process seamless for me as an independent contractor. It takes away so many headaches in terms of creating invoices, figuring out tax paperwork, and dealing with contracts. It also serves as a good third party manager for payment. I also find that payment from Deel goes through faster than competitors.

I wish that hour accumulation was shown on the Deel pay cycle tracking.

Invoice creation, billing my independent contractor client, and providing payment.

I find Deel's bill advance feature incredibly helpful, especially for emergencies. It provides peace of mind knowing this option is available. The aesthetically pleasing interface makes Deel stand out compared to other vendors. I also like how funds can be allocated once payroll payments are received.

I find the initial setup of Deel somewhat challenging, especially if one is not familiar with the features. There is an apparent steep learning curve when starting with the platform, necessitating time to understand how it functions effectively. Additionally, the interface is quite robust, particularly the tabs, which could benefit from a simplification to make navigation more intuitive and user-friendly.

I find that Deel's bill advance feature helps me manage payroll needs, providing financial relief like an emergency fund when needed.
