The perfect application for receiving money from abroad
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how intuitive the setup was; everything was straightforward from the start. My documentation was approved almost immediately, and the platform is completely transparent about how much I’ll receive and when. I like that it even shows when my client has made the payment and allows for automatic withdrawals directly to my local bank, which makes the whole process feel seamless. I was especially impressed that I received my payment on the same day despite being in Colombia and the payment was made from USA. Deel truly makes getting paid internationally simple and stress-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Deel card could use more upfront transparency—especially about the 1.5% transaction fee for non-USD purchases. Otherwise, the overall experience has been excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving same-day international payments. It is allowing me to easily take on better job opportunities from abroad while getting paid just as frequently as if I was working for a local employer in Colombia.

Nothing, I have not had any issues or problems.

Deel manages my payments from the company that I am an independent contractor for. It benefits me because they ensure I get paid
Practical and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I can transfer my money too easily, however I consider that the withdrawal commissions can be lowered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Passing money through another account, I mean a third bank account it´ll better if it could be sending a code to the cellphone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I insist of passing money through another account it´ll nicer if it could do by sending a code to an email. I mean sometimes I want to pass some money too an others.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the different methods the platform provides for receiving payments, as well as the benefits it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The monthly fee might be a bit on the higher side, but I suppose it reflects all the work Deel has to do to keep the application running smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I received my payments instantly, even though I am in another country. I have no complaints and am satisfied with the service.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform brings together payroll, contract management, HR, and more into a single system. It also provides real-time visibility into payroll processes. Additionally, it supports various withdrawal and payment methods. It is easy and straightforward to use. I check it often if there are any updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are costs associated with currency conversion, international transfers, and the withdrawal rates are quite high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing payroll has become much simpler, which helps avoid any delays. Handling contracts is also straightforward and efficient.
Great, fast and understanding support
What do you like best about the product?
The support team is very active and understanding, putting in a lot of effort to help resolve challenging legal issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to add, as I understand the importance of providing standardized legal documentation.

Registering my remote address was a complicated process.
Very efficient and affordable way of transferring funds.
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is very efficient and affordable in transferring money to my home country in Africa. Although it stated that it might take long to transfer money where SWIFT codes are required. the money was available within 24 hours. I was impressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although due dilligence is required, the process involved too many questions to be answered that I felt where not necessary for my rquired service need of transfer of funds.

Keeping track of where funds will be at a certain point in time
Awesome with possibility of improvement
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use. I love how everything is organized into sections and how seamless the navigation is. Using the app is a great experience as well; super helpful to be able to view all of your information on the go
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to categorize/set aside my money; to be able to add different sections or a sort grouping instead of heaving all of my current amount together. For instance I would like to create a grouping with a specific quantity and label it “savings for my new phone” and separate that money.

Amazing tool to receive payments from all over the world
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to use, and I also like that it allows you to receive payments in one currency and then access those funds in any country or currency you prefer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints; I'm quite satisfied with what it provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My employer is based in another country, and I receive my salary in a foreign currency. Deel has made the process of receiving my payments straightforward and transparent, allowing me to easily get paid in my preferred account and currency.

What do you like best about the product?
The tracking process and the speed of remittance are the best aspects for me.

I have been using the platform for a short time, and so far, I have not found anything to dislike.

This platform addresses payment issues effectively. My employer uses it to send my payments, which I then receive directly in my local bank account. It has made the process much smoother for me.
