A dependable platform that empowers global independent work
What do you like best about the product?
As an international contractor, Deel has been one of the most reliable tools I use to manage my professional relationships and payments. The onboarding process is smooth, the platform design is intuitive, and it supports multiple payment methods and currencies without hassle. What truly stands out is the flexibility to collaborate with employers from different countries in a compliant and efficient way. Deel’s payment system is fast and transparent, and I’ve never had to worry about missed or delayed transfers. Their customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, which gives extra peace of mind. Deel is an excellent choice for contractors who value flexibility, efficiency, and reliability in global work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I’d like to see improved is the availability of promotions and special offers — some are not accessible to all users, and making them more inclusive would enhance the experience even further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest benefits for me has been removing intermediaries that used to take commissions from my payments — now I receive my full earnings directly, quickly, and transparently.

Deel is user friendly on all my devices allowing me to view and download my invoices.

I wish Deel had an option to move funds to Deel then withdraw some funds at an ABM

I believe they wat everyone to be comfortable using it so they try as much to make everything less complex.

Once there was a significant delay in payments, and there was no one to ask.

Mostly, communication between the employe and the deel to handle inquiries and follow up on cases.

Easy to understand, very good timing for deposits and understands their users

is solving the difficulty or receiving my payment from outside my country, it gives me security that my money will be coming my way
Instant card transfer, a withdrawal method nowadays hard to find.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Deel is its convenient and most desirable payment method -- instant card transfer, so you can withdraw your money instantly on your card, which feature is rare with other platforms. Other advantages include smart and neat design, various features and sections with important information. This is the only payment platform that I'm fully satisfied with.

I haven't found any shortcomings or downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a freelancer, I find it hard to withdraw money through bank transfer or other platform like Payoneer. Deel has solved this matter by providing a very low-fee instant card transfer method.

Unmatched Reliability—Three Years Without a Single Issue
What do you like best about the product?
I believe what I like most about Deel is the reliability of it. I've never had a delayed payment or any issues in over 3 years using the service. Even when answering simple questions, customer support was excellent. I receive my payments instantly, without hassle or red tape, and I'm always up to date with my documents and tax forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The discontinuation of the early withdrawal feature was a bit of a setback for me, but apart from that, there's not much else to dislike about the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel handles my client's payments quickly and without bureaucracy or hidden fees, while also making it very straightforward to organize the necessary documents and tax forms. The initial setup was extremely easy and quick, and the instant withdrawal options for various payment services are excellent and work perfectly for me. As I mentioned before, reliability was key for me, as I never had any issues using the app, while some of my coworkers who used other services did.

What do you like best about the product?
the layout is super friendly user. This is my first time using Deel to receive my payments, and it’s very intuitive, I got used to it really fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I dislike, but maybe a suggestion: Being able to withdraw money from ATMs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payment accuracy: For most contractors in my countries, getting their payment on time is a challenge. With Deel, the payment arrives way before the time frame that the app gives.
