The fact that their customer suppoer was able to help me access my account before and assist me to understand where the issue lies
Intuitive Interface and a Seamless, Streamlined Payroll Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very intuitive and easy to access different areas of interest. The entire process feels seamless and streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently there hasn't been anything that Deel Payroll cannot achieve, at least for my current needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to connect with a foreign employer and fully comply with national financial rules regarding payments. I love that Deel Payroll is requesting all legal papers before enabling full access to receiving payments.
Seamless Client Engagement and Easy Timesheet Submissions with DEEL
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless engagement with my client. I submit my timesheets and am them told when funds can be drawn down. I have recommended to others and hope they adopt DEEL.
What do you dislike about the product?
I operate from the UK and need to charge VAT on all booked time. However, this option doesn’t seem to be available in DEEL, which makes it difficult to handle VAT correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payments are processed quickly, but due to a VAT issue I still have to submit an invoice every month and then reconcile the weekly payments against that invoice.

The best is that everything done smoothly, clear, you have the assurance you will receive your payout.

I have not found yet any. Maybe there will be some in future, but not for now

It grant me regular monthly salary paid. Also the agreement is clear and available for both sides to use

Deel gets the money to my bank account in 1 or 2 days

Sometimes the chat feature want me to use AI and I like better speaking with a real person.

The feature where you can view your total hours per cutoff in a calendar like view.

So far, it's a great application for someone who works like me!

One problem that Deel helps me resolve is when I'm having a hard time tracking my total work hours per cutoff. This is usually resolved with their feature "view and edit time". We can even request for an adjustment through Deel if needed. It's all in one!

Super easy to use. It has very useful, straightforward features that make it easy to implement.

Deel feels slow sometimes that's the only cons which I feel

Great experience with my payments in Deel
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use Deel from my cellphone. I get pay usually 2 or 3 days before and it is direct payment. All the information is at the application
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far ! I like it before Deel I had to wait a lot to get my paychecks
