Deel has a steep entry but is otherwise easy to handle
What do you like best about the product?
That the customer support is very responsive, it is hard to do back and forth over email async you know! Other than that, the withdrawal is also very easy and fast for me, which is the main way I have interacted with deel!
What do you dislike about the product?
The main problem was the onboarding process, they have a lot of documents they want from you and the photos must be accepted by their AI procedure or what not, this caused me to have to contact customer support, even before I started to use it! But after that it was pretty smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel actually solves the way foreign companies can contract me, handling the legalese that allows a corp to contract employees from different countries is an amazing solution! Apart from that it's how I got my paychecks so I would say pretty damn benefitial

I really appreciate that this application brings together everything work-related in one place, from managing contracts to creating invoices and handling payments. I also like that it offers several options for withdrawing money, which makes the whole process much more convenient.

There's nothing to dislike about Deel. Everything is transparent.

Very comfortable to work with the platform
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, a lot of nice features. But I like most the lots of withdrawal methods, automatic withdrawals. It's always clear when the next payment is coming. No need to send invoices, this is huge!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have lower commissions on the crypto withdrawal method :)

Payroll management, no hustle. Everything is super clear and easy.

Flexible global payroll with great customization
What do you like best about the product?
Customization. I can tailor contracts, payout methods, and notifications to each contractor and country. The workflows feel flexible, templates save time, and the UI makes routine tasks quick.Customer Support works very well,fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few times I hit 401/403 errors that showed blank pages with no error handling. These issues were resolved later, but clearer messages, fallbacks, and retries would help. I’ve also noticed a couple of small UX inconsistencies (labels/placement) that break the otherwise smooth flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
onboarding contractors takes minutes instead of days, payments arrive reliably with transparent FX, admin time drops (no manual spreadsheets/emails), compliance risk is lower, and finance/reporting is simpler with exports and expense reimbursements in the same system.

Many great resources to facilitate agreements and contracts, very easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a small bug on the platform that I initially thought I couldn't resolve, but the support was incredible in assisting.

Money shows up on time, every time
What do you like best about the product?
It's been seamless. I do my work, and the money appears in my account on schedule without me doing anything. That's really all I want from a platform like this - to not have to think about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find fault - the platform does what it's supposed to do. If I'm being picky, it would be nice to have more payment frequency options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been great, honestly. Deel handles all the backend stuff so I can actually focus on my projects instead of paperwork. The peace of mind knowing everything is compliant and payments will arrive on schedule is worth it alone.
