What do you like best about the product?
I find Deel incredibly intuitive, as it was easy to start using with no learning curve, making the initial setup process effortless. The platform facilitates easy financial transactions, such as accessing money from future paychecks with simplicity, which makes managing finances seamless and straightforward. It perfectly caters to my needs, ensuring smooth and reliable performance, and it has proven to be dependable enough that I would consider using it again in the future. I am very impressed with Deel's functionality and its effectiveness in providing exactly what I need, so much that I would give it a perfect score of 10 when recommending it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Deel card problematic because it doesn't really work anywhere. It seems limited to just being a 'website thing,' which feels restrictive. If it could function more like a debit card and be more widely usable, particularly as an actual physical card, that improvement would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Deel solves my payment processing issues, making it easy to access my paycheck early without hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel is very helpful and easy to use. It enables me to send and receive money effortlessly and securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike or that didn't work as planned.

It makes it much easier for me to get paid, since I work from another country and it allows me to receive my payments and transfer the money very easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of managing cross-border compliance and payroll in one place. The platform simplifies hiring and payments for global contractors and employees, removing legal complexity. The document workflows and onboarding experience are well thought out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support resolution times and account manager responsiveness can be inconsistent. Some parts of the UI feel rigid and not customizable for specific company workflows. Reports and analytics could be more insightful and export-friendly.

Deel removes cross-border hiring, payroll, and compliance friction, so we can scale a distributed team with lower legal risk, fewer vendors, and tighter cash control.
Deel makes getting paid globally actually simple
What do you like best about the product?
I honestly love how easy it makes getting paid and handling everything work-related in one place. It’s super clear, fast, and reliable — I don’t have to worry about invoices, taxes, or exchange rates. I just log in, see what’s coming, and it’s all there. It really gives me peace of mind, especially when working with clients from different countries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, honestly. Sometimes withdrawals take a bit longer depending on the bank, and I wish there were more currency options. But overall, those are small things — it’s one of the few tools I actually enjoy using.

It takes away all the stress of managing international contracts, payments, and compliance. I don’t have to deal with invoices, conversion rates, or legal paperwork — Deel handles it all. It lets me focus on my work instead of admin stuff, and I always get paid on time no matter where my clients are.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Deel is its user-friendly platform that simplifies global hiring, payments, and compliance. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to manage contracts, payroll, and invoices across multiple countries. I also appreciate the speed and transparency of payments, as well as the excellent customer support team, which is always responsive and helpful. Overall, Deel removes much of the complexity of international work and helps freelancers and companies collaborate smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t encountered any major issues with Deel so far. The platform works smoothly, and my overall experience has been excellent.

Deel solves the challenge of receiving international payments smoothly. As I’m based in India and receive my salary from the USA in USD, Deel handles all the currency conversions efficiently and ensures timely deposits in my local bank account. It saves time, eliminates payment hassles, and provides transparency in every transaction.

Easy Withdrawals and Onboarding, But Pix Fees and Exchange Rates Could Improve
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of withdrawing payments, the ability to request early payouts through Deel Advance, and the smooth onboarding process for submitting documents. And the support team has always helped me quickly whenever I needed it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding the slightly lower dollar exchange rates and the high fees for Pix transfers.

Deel makes transfers easy and reduces bureaucracy, allowing me to manage payments quickly and efficiently.
Fast Withdrawals and Helpful Features
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how quickly withdrawals are processed to my bank account, as well as the availability of the Deel advance option. I also find it helpful that invoices are automatically generated and stored.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it can take a while to get used to all the features since there are quite a few, but overall I haven't encountered any major issues or things I dislike.

Deel makes it easy to receive payments without the hassle of currency conversion. I can see all my invoices, payments, and contracts in one place, which gives me peace of mind.
Great Payment Features, But Mobile App Needs Serious Improvement

Easy to recieve payments, withdraw to other local platforms is really helpful

The phone app is really disapointing, keeps crashing, slow as hell and even though I was told it was getting fixed, it has not
